Sharetea Northridge

I always love going to Sharetea, but one thing I really hate is this person named “Hee Nah” or “Heena.” This person is so rude and discourteous every time I come in and she is the one on duty. I feel discriminated against because other customers are greeted before and after their orders, but when it’s my turn, she is always rude. I really don’t know what her problem is. I don’t know if she’s insecure or what.

That’s why, if I had a choice to avoid encountering her, I would. But there are times when she’s the one on duty, like today. Actually, I didn’t want to leave a review, but this person is really something. Every time I come in and she’s on duty, I always feel discriminated against by her.

Oh, and she is a Korean girl. I’m not sure about her age, but she’s not the tall one—she’s the shorter one.

I think sharetea pulled the best move ever. Halo Halo is the best drink especially with the amount of toppings they have. It’s a beautiful mixture. If you like taro this one is on another level. Ice blended was suggested and I can agree.

We got the mango matcha fresh milk tea and the lychee passion fruit tea. Both were reasonably priced and delicious. I recommend trying the bobas here. They taste fresh and not artificial. I also recommend their match series.
There's plenty of space to sit down and drink or you can walk around the mall with your Boba.
Theres plenty of parking.

The drink is terrible, it's not worth it.

They had a new flavor called Mango Matcha Fresh Tea, so I had gave it a try. It was not as sweet when the mango and matcha is mixed together. I could taste both mango and matcha together. The bonus part was they gave the pink cup for free, but not sure if it’s a limited nor permanent.

The service was quick since there was no one else in the shop on a Wednesday night. The vibe was calm and chilling throughout the store.

Delicious milk tea, fresh toppings, fast service, reasonable price. Will support long term!

It’s next to the mall. Just outside the mall, near buffalo wild wings and H2O. It’s good, it helps that drinks can be customized such as the sweetness, add more stuff in or on your drink and they got tons of selections. The actual Boba (black balls) or tapioca is a hit or miss for me.

There was nobody at the location in the front so I rang the bell. The person came and asked how I was paying then told me to use the kiosk. Made a simple job take extra time. Then he proceeded to be on his phone.

Got Hawaiian fruit tea, and it is delicious and refreshing! Sweet, tart, and bitter perfection! Would definitely recommend and will be back.

I really like the drinks served here. The staff is the issue. I'm relatively sure the majority of the staff is below the age of 21 and they act like it. Hearing them constantly gossip to one another instead of focusing on the customers gets annoying fast. Please hire older, more mature staff. They make it clear they only believe in putting in minimum effort.
