When we got there it was only one person and she acknowledged us right away. We tried the fruity smoothies with the mango jelly and it was delicious!

Today, Sunday, September 11, I tried to buy a boba and the woman who attended looked at us as we stood in line and until it was our turn she told me to break with an ugly attitude. There were 5 people in line so I went somewhere else, they lose.

Drink tastes like water, the kid working there is rude. The cups are the only thing that are decent, 4$ extra for the bulb cup.

When I first arrived I waited about 5 minutes and never was acknowledged. When I was about to give up he looked at me looked back and rolled his eyes. I left but decided to come back later. This time I was served, the drink came fast but tasted like coffee and medicine. The boba was sweet so that was good but over all there terrible customer service and I would not go back again.

I bought the banana matcha frappe and it taste like medicine. I dumped it.

First of all this is the second I’ve passed by them. The first day i passed them no one was working so I assumed it was closed. After looking around the mall I was headed home and they were there serving people. Today I wanted to see if I. Could get some and they were no where to be seen. At least they could leave a sign they are out or something. There are two workers and after at least half an hour they both got there and took my order. Ps. As of today they don’t sell the drinks in bulbs.

My girlfriend and I was walking around the mall until we saw this new place. We never seen it before and my girlfriend loves her milk tea so she wanted to try it. She asked if they had almond milk as a substitute but they said no. They said their creamer is made from a non diary product so my girlfriend was okay with that to try. There 3 options for sizes (regular, large or those jars with the lights that looked cool). My girlfriend decided to go with the large cup. When it was time to pay their scanner machine wasn't working properly because we tried 2 different card. So luckily I had cash on me but due to the coin shortages they didn't have enough to give me back which I was okay with. It didn't take long for my girlfriend drink to be made. They had a nice seal on it to cover the drinking area when you're not drinking from it. My girlfriend though the Milk Tea was okay but it wasn't her favorite.

This place was pretty good when it opened up. Recently went a couple of days ago and got the 50/50 and it wasn't anything comparable to what it was before. It was a water down nasty drink. I will not ever come back here and I wouldn't recommend. They are low on ingredients and will use supplements, such as water instead of milk to make the drinks. Disgusting and a huge disappointment.

Tried the honey dew and it was amazing

i spent half of my break waiting for my drink and there was no line ..... SLOWEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Great little shop...the employees are great too.
