A reasonable if not overwhelmingly impressive member of the Starbucks chain.

On the plus side, the beverages are of expected typical quality and price. The shop is in a mall so temperature and weather conditions are not an issue.

On the drawback front, it was quite noisy, crowded, noisy, a bit loud, and might I add, a wee bit noisy.

Pro Tip
This is a good place to take a break from shopping but maybe not so suitable for computer work or study as it is.....well.....

Worst customer service I have ever seen .with a two year old baby. We asked for a refill for the water bottle they rejected. They said we have to buy something in other to refill the water bottle.I will never buy anything from the store anymore.

Didn’t let me get water w/o purchasing anything. Ridiculous

There’s a long wait time for the order. Then when I requested for water, I was asked to join the queue!!! Pathetic service.

I stopped by this Starbucks tonight inside the Northridge mall on the first floor. There are two Starbucks inside Northridge mall, one is on the first floor next to JCPenney and the other is on the second floor inside Macy where the jewelry department is at.

When my wife and I stopped by this Starbucks location tonight, they were not busy at all because it was the final hour before the mall closes. My wife got her peach green tea and I got a mango Dragonfruit. It didn't take the barista long to make our drinks. I was able to watch him make the drink since I waited next to the pick up area. They have seating inside of the store and also outside as well because it's inside the mall. There are also more seating as well near the water fountain.

Shoutout to the whole staff, very friendly and professional

Not only do they take forever to make an order when I have been here. But today I came and waited in line in hopes of a water for my toddler and I. Told me I had to purchase something in order to have a water. Mind you I’m 7 months pregnant and holding a two year old. If this is the new policy I will no longer be coming to Starbucks especially not this location.

Horrible experience had a horrible interaction a few days ago with an employee named jmarco. He was very disrespectful and made me feel so uncomfortable and laughing around with his co workers. I had ordered a drink and a dessert my beverage was watered down and I just had an overall horrible experience. Terrible customer service and employees. Never coming back!!

Very bad services, 4 workers are chatting each others and not serving customers. I wait my 2-hot green tea for 10 minutes and there is no other customers. Finally I got mad and ordered my refund and left. Never visit that store again

For such a busy Starbucks location in a mall, I have to give them credit. The lines are always long, yet they manage to get through them quickly, despite the constant flow of people. They efficiently make and serve drinks with impressive speed.

While there’s limited indoor seating and only a few small tables outside, it’s clear they’re not encouraging customers to linger. However, the staff is always friendly, and they offer a nice selection of food as well.

The coffee is good. My favorite Frappuccino is caramel. It gets packed with people here. The baristas are on point. So the line move smoothly.

Great coffee and tea and food.

I came with group of my friends to get coffee. Carlos at the counter was extremely rude. I felt embarrassed in front of my friends. Never expected this type of service.
The sad thing was he is a store supervisor. Such a shame.

Employees are friendly. Facility is filthy. Every table is dirty. Trash everywhere. Drinks are messy when you get them. I won’t be back.
