I stopped by this Starbucks today to get my wife her iced chai latte. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is located in. They were not busy so I was able to put in my order right when I walked inside and they made my drink. I got my wife the Venti iced chai latte and asked for light ice which they did. My wife loves her drink.

Terrible service. It’s was pretty empty and waited for my drink for 20 minutes. When you order in store the pick up is hidden in a corner and they won’t even call ur name bc they don’t ask.

This establishment has become unacceptable. After being a loyal client for 20 years, the management refuses to allow me to use the restroom. If the restroom was out of service, it should have been clearly communicated or a sign should have been posted. This level of customer care is simply not acceptable.Hopefully you know about this… Ally's law..

I come early in the morning and get a cup of coffee and I like to sit outside and take it in the day but recently it’s become very hard to do that. There is a guy that sits outside with a big booming voice and when he talks about politics, which he does, he raises his voice and start saying the most disgusting things along with swearing And unimaginable kinds of things to talk about. It makes me very uncomfortable. I have to go inside and nobody that’s sitting outside will say anything to him because he can shout everybody down. Do you think you could say something to him along the lines of stop swearing stop being so disgusting in the morning and keep your voice down or don’t say anything at all. I would really appreciate it. His name is Stuart and he has a little dog.

Hygiene issues, Baristas interact with people come from outside and go back to work without washing their hands , mon aug 4th ~ 6m girl and a puppy walked in the store both barista came exited and played with the dog and the puppy girl went to the kitchen and made two drinks and grab the puppy and left! It’s major hygiene issue make me never order anything here
