I went to the drive-through this morning. The lady was very rude. I had to repeat my order multiple times and repeat my name. And when I got my coffee, it seemed to very light. I ordered a hot grande coffee. By the time I was going to drink it. I noticed it was literally half empty. I obviously got whipped because it was a chestnut praline but how can it be halfway? Is the worst coffee I’ve ever gotten at Starbucks before.

Just absolutely rude baristas who are of course young adults who do not have any public relations how to interact with customers and expect tips — for what? Incredible - Starbucks train your young staff how to interact with customers!

Today 10/04/24, I visited this Starbucks location at [9020 Reseda Blvd. Northridge ] and had one of the worst experiences, largely due to the manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority at this store. The manager not only seemed disinterested in assisting customers but was openly dismissive when I raised a concern about my order.

I asked politely if they could remake my drink as it was incorrect, and instead of addressing the issue, the manager responded with an attitude that was completely unacceptable. There was no apology or attempt to correct the mistake; instead, they made it seem like I was an inconvenience. The tone was condescending, and it felt like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence.

Additionally, the store was not well-maintained, and I noticed several employees looking lost and unsure of what to do, likely due to the manager’s poor leadership. It’s clear this location is suffering from a lack of proper management, and it reflects terribly on the Starbucks brand.

This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll ever return to Starbucks forever . I hope corporate takes notice and addresses these issues, as no customer should have to deal with such a negative atmosphere.

This is the worst coffee I have ever gotten, this is all the coffee I get underneath all the foam and whip cream. I mean coffee is expensive.

This use to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations up until they did the remodel. There is no longer indoor seating I won’t ever return

Wow, completely remodeled with accessible door plates (handicap). There is no more indoor seating; all tables are al fresco.
Cons: There are no more outlets or wall sockets. There are only a few umbrellas, which do not cover the entire patio. There are only 12 chairs and 6 tables under 3 umbrellas.
The heat and the sun on the patio are unbearable if you are not under the umbrellas.
The heat makes the two big trash cans smell more.
If you are a student this is not a spot for you.

I have been to exceptional Starbucks’ and to subpar ones. But this one takes the cake for very, very bad. Which one was it? They had no coffee (literally told me the machine was broken) and baristas had extra bad attitude. Just shut down if it’s this bad. Really no point of ruining everyone’s day.
