I don’t know who that person is with the dark black hair and sort of heavy set, but they should not work with the public. I used points to purchase an item and I asked for a bag because it was glass and very heavy, they basically threw the bag at me and walked away. I have no idea why this person was so unhappy but perhaps Starbucks is not the place for you if you don’t like people.

Slow, incompetent staff. Mobile orders placed in non mobile order area making people wait pointlessly. Drinks waiting on the back counter for long times before barista places on the mobile order area. Lots of talking amongst each other with the staff and now getting the tasks done at a reasonable speed

You are coming for a coffee, they are talking too each other like u are not there. I will nit comeback to this place, i need a coffee in daily not waiting for the conversation its finish, not very professional. No Thanks.

Slowbucks… slow service, sometimes they don’t even print out the sticker for the mobile order until you walk in asking about it after placing it over 10 minutes prior. If you do wait long enough for the mobile order to actually be ready, it might be sitting on the back counter and not in the mobile pick up area so you’ll have to ask a staff member to help you get it because otherwise they’ll pile up back there while everyone waits… Starbucks, I love your espresso and mobile app, but you are overpriced, slow, and honestly the atmosphere and service could use some TLC too for those insane prices. I mean $10 for coffee 🙄 please make it speedy or give me a nice space to wait….

Kid-friendliness: My kids love Starbucks 🙄 but this location often times has transients sleeping on the table tops and smelling like urine. I get that they gotta go somewhere, but that somewhere shouldn’t be on my kids breakfast table.

Food and quality have gone down in recent years. Rewards for returning customers have decreased significantly. You are better off supporting local coffee shops in your area

All the workers are unprofessional, lounging around laughing and talking with each other while the Mobile order people are piling up inside. No sense of urgency to help customer s. Working at a snail pace, all the girls would rather socialize with each other than actually do their job

After work out at La Fitness, I went to Starbucks near by for some drinks and food. It was the time to do some reading. The WiFi was not working, and the clerks turned off the lights above me. They were not friendly.

STARBUCKS HEALTH HAZARD & RED FLAG WARNINGPlease read for your Health & Safety...Yourself and Loved OnesThis Reseda and Devonshire Starbucks got a very bad and evil employee named Carlos who has been giving the customers old and expired protein boxes.This crazy Carlos knows that the food has passed expiration date and still passed out to Starbucks customers without letting Starbucks customers know first the food has gone bad or rotten.Carlos is cheating Starbucks and Starbucks customers by acting like he was doing you a favor or something nice when in fact he is getting rid of expired, bad and rotten Protein and Lunch boxes. Perhaps he is just an evil person or just too lazy to get rid of Starbucks expired foods as Starbucks is supposed to make him do so.Carlos must be so ignorant, so self entitled and "know it all" personality that he thinks this is OK to do.It's OK to get Starbucks customers sick, risk their health and even poison them by giving them Expired and Inedible/Rotten Starbucks foods as if it was still fine and OK to eat!Such a despicable guy, that Carlos at Reseda and Devonshire Starbucks!

If I could I would give this starbucks 0 stars. They take forever to give out your food items. [mind you it’s not cooked it’s frozen they just reheat it}[So I don’t understand how hard it is to do that.]And what’s even more disappointing is that when they take your order they don’t even know what they have on hand I waited 20 mins for my hot food items only to find out they were out of it. And all the barista could say was sorry. Like wow! Do your job better take the time before your shift starts to take inventory on what you have and don’t. I could go on about my disappointing experience, however i’ll just choose to not go back. Starbucks is losing customers left and right.
