I got my birthday cold brew, the girl at the register seemed moody and not friendly. I order cold brew with barely any milk then I ask for a little milk and i get milk and coffee gone!. Do they not know ratio/proportion? Hope a manager calls me. On my birthday to experience this attitude and no pride in customer satisfaction. .

The tall dude with the glasses and another employee need to both watch their body language every time I come in. I have never done anything to them at all, and I don't even know any of them and they don't even know who I am as a person, they're just straight judging a book by it's cover. I don't want to be that type of person, but you literally get paid to make drinks, so stop complaining and maybe pick a useful degree and find a job that doesn't require customer service 🤷🏽♂️. I don't even know why I still bother to tip. Usually whoever's on the cash register are the nicest.

I come to this store all the time and never really had a bad experience until today 4pm on 3/14. I don’t expect the whole bubbly personality and excitement because I’m not like that myself, but what I at least expect is human decency.
This girl working the reggie around 4pm on 3/14 with red hair, septum piercing, and a skull tattoo with an arrow through it on her arm really needs to watch her attitude.
First off, she’s rushing me through my order, not even trying to let me finish what I’m saying, then gets frustrated when I had repeated myself asking to use my numbers because I thought she didn’t hear me since she had interrupted me to ask for my name which she wouldn’t need if she had put in my numbers in the first place. She then gives the most sarcastic laugh and smile to passive-aggressively ask what my numbers were. She wasn’t even the one to make the drinks, yet got frustrated at me and my order. Didn’t get the chance to get her name, since she wasn’t wearing her apron behind the bar.
Overall, she ruined my day, like all I ask is for a normal transaction which as a fellow barista, I know is not that difficult.

Worst coffee drinks ever. I think they forgot to add the espresso shots to the drinks. Our drinks were just lukewarm milk and syrup. Awful. 2 stars for the friendly cashier.

I really hate the new drip coffee machine. Now I have to wait forever, just for a plain coffee. It also does not taste as good.. bring back the large coffee pots!

Ordered a mango dragon fruit this morning, after waiting over 15 minutes my drink was not the correct drink. I had to ask one of the employees why was it taking so long for my drink. She said oh we got it...Not sure if she over looked my order. She then delivered my drink and it didnt look like the drink I always order, no dragon fruit was added to it. Horrible!!! Why did I even tip, I was not happy with the service overall!!! I will not be returning to this starbucks location my as well head over to Dunkin Donuts which is across the street.
