My wife wanted her Iced Chai Latte and everything bagel so we stopped by this Starbucks today. We came a little before lunch and used the drive thru. They weren't that busy so the line moved by quickly. I just got a venti iced water. The staff were polite and we didn't have any issues during our visit today.
Worst Starbucks ever customer service is terrible do better Starbucks! Hire the right talent!
To use the restroom need to buy something may be seems like some purchasing policy!
Their ecolabs were out of juice.
They would only take cards no cash.
Little Ms. Donkey Kong said it was Policy.
I'm not too satisfied with your service especially with a manager on duty as well as your other co-workers I please need to use the š½ and they said our policy says you have to pay for something first before you use the š½?
I even had a $25 Starbucks gift Card??

Barista was incredibly rude. Unfortunately he had no apron nor name tag. He had a green shirt with a black beanie and nose earring. My kid and I came in to work on our school work. My son needed to to use the bathroom but the barista says no he had to buy something which I was already in the process of doing on my phone. We weren't even in there 5 minutes when he approached stating we had to buy something or leave. I showed him how I was already ordering on my mobile. No apologies and he just left. The entire time we were there he just made us incredibly uncomfortable. Lady came in and asked for the code to the restroom and he give it to her without asking her to purchase anything. And she purchased nothing after she left the restroom. And the same thing with everyone else walking in and asking for the code. So I don't know why we were singled out. Life is hard man just be kind it literally costs nothing to be kind.
This location has no common sense. They want you to purchase first before you can use the restroom. So if they have a line to order and you need to go real bad, the only way they will deal with it is you order first or pee in your pants.
Somehow, they managed to ruin a drink that has a standard recipe. The Brown Suggar Cortado is mostly the only drink I enjoy from Starbucks, but there is definitely something off about the staff at this location. It was one of the worst drinks I've had so far.
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I placed a mobile order and went in to pick up my drink. Before leaving, I wanted to wash my hands and asked for the bathroom code, but the employee refused to give it to me. He didnāt believe that I had made a purchase, even though I had. It was frustrating and unnecessary, especially since I had my order confirmation. I expect better customer service from Starbucks.
Oh, what a delightful experience at the Nordhoff and Tampa Starbucks! I mean, who doesnāt love sitting in a drive-through line long enough to question all their life choices? It was such a refreshing change of pace to be completely ignored at the speaker for a solid five minutesāreally gave me time to reflect on my existence. And when they finally did acknowledge my presence? Wow, what an honor!
Then, after what felt like an eternity, I was blessed with a half-filled drink. Because, obviously, I ordered a āTall But Make It Even Shorter.ā Itās honestly impressive how they managed to serve up both a long wait and less drinkātalk about efficiency! And the employee? Oh, his enthusiasm was just radiating. If ābored out of his mindā was an Olympic sport, heād take gold.
Really, itās incredible how a Starbucks this close to home managed to be such a letdown. A true masterpiece of disappointment. Whoever is in charge of this place should probably consider, I donāt know, managing? Just a thought. But hey, at least now I know where not to go when I need caffeine and decent service. Do better Starbucks.

This Starbucks has a convenient location near the San Fernando Valley shopping malls, making it a great stop for a coffee break. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean with a spacious seating area. A great spot to relax or get some work done!
This location sucks. Everytime i come here its like they only hire robots. No life in them just dullness. And now i get refused service because they want me to use drive thru....but im walking....screw this location...I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
Came for an Americano and got an old nasting tasting coffe instead sad I didn't get to enjoy my evening a hot drink thanks for the laziness
I want to thank all the baristas in this location for all their hard work. One of the best spots in Northridge. The manager is very nice and friendly. She even wrote a note ā Enjoyā on my bag.
Thank you, that note made my day.
I ordered a drink a few days ago, and asked for oat milk as I am allergic to dairy. I leave the drive through and start to drink my drink and then notice it tastes different. I called to ask if it was oat milk if maybe they forgot to put it on the sticker and the employee that I was on the phone said ādoes it look dairy?ā ⦠I was actually so confused. I went back for a new drink so I can receive oat milk this time and when I went in the drive through I was trying to explain to the girl that I was there a few minutes ago and that they gave me whole milk instead of oat milk. (I had ordered 2 pumps of brown sugar in my drink originally) She cut me off before I could say anything else and told me to pull up to the next window. As I pulled up to the next window the girl gave me a venti and slammed the window. I waited because the brown sugar I ordered was not in the drink because the girl at the speaker ignored me. I waited for her to open the window again because I paid for these extra things I wanted in my drink. The manager came to the window with the most outrageous attitude and then proceeded to tell me I was lucky that the employee accidentally gave me a venti the second time. I said no Iām not lucky because I had to waste my gas coming back. The worst service Iāve ever experienced in my life.
