Big fan of Starbucks I go into multiple locations never had an issue when I pay cash came over here. Had an issue with the manager declined to take my cash to buy a drink. He said he didn’t have changed that it’s BS. It’s a manager here kinda chubby fat young guy .i will never gonna come to Starbucks again you lost a customer, great job Starbucks make sure you train your employees on the policy. I asked him is it against policy at Starbucks I cannot pay with cash, ridiculous for a youngster has a lot to learn. he replied and said no cash so I told him that’s your judgment. Not Starbucks policy no cash. very disappointed and gave me a little attitude in front of customers and for the district manager who you read this and train employees, especially the lazy one I don’t want to open the register because they don’t want to count their money or like he said he just counted the money, that’s not my problem.
That’s embarrassing a Starbucks change can I take my cash because they don’t have any change it’s 3 PM

Absolutely love this Starbucks at Tampa & Nordhoff! The top superstars here truly make every visit worth it.

Roxanna/Roxi 🎶 Ellie 💟, Nathan/Nate ☮️, Precious ✨, Jesus ✝️, Gab ☕️, Jo💲h, Desiree 😁 & Jasmine 🌸 always bring the energy, the smiles, and the perfect drinks—the W☕️W factor is real.
And of course, their Megastar ⭐️ Corey holds it all together like a true legend.

They’re not all stars yet, but there are definitely some rising talents in the making. We shall see!

For now, huge appreciation to the ones who consistently shine bright and make this location feel like a daily highlight. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️

I will only put four Stars, for multiple reasons.

1-Previously had a problem with the same store and my order was not correct as I had requested (it was in Sherman Oaks)
2-I had problems with my application wanting to use my points (it never allowed me to use them)
3-In this store ending, they didn't have napkins and I wanted to ask for water, but they were talking among colleagues (but hey, that's how we have to go) 👍

S/o to Salma & Christine (sorry if I spelled your names wrong) lol. BUT hands down the BEST service I’ve ever had at Starbucks! Their efficiency, customer service, and DRINKS…AMAZING. Will definitely be coming back! My drink was literally the best it’s ever tasted! So s/o to all the other baristas in there as well who made it. 🥰🫰🏻

This is five star for Starbucks brand whom I am loyal more then 2 decades but be careful when you order from this store after 6 pm maybe late most of staff members exhausted standing all day long and maybe different reasons always 3 times straight my order messed up it’s not that flavor I wanted and tipped for it doesn’t make any capitalistic sense you pay you have to get excellent service or product “BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER LATE YOU MAY EXPECT MESS”

Every morning my drink has the taste of spoiled milk, like it didn’t go bad YET but that taste of milk about to expire is very noticeable and I thought maybe it was just that one time but it’s the 3rd time 😭 and it just seems to be Saturday mornings
Every other day is fine so idk what’s up but I tend to end up throwing my drink away because I just can’t do it anymore 😭😭😭
And it’s true, I should go back to tell them but I tend to run late to work on Saturday’s lol 🫠 other than that this place is usually great

Nathan “Nate” (Starbucks, Tampa & Nordhoff)

Nate is hands-down the best barista I’ve ever met — the ⭐️ star of Starbucks! His espresso macchiatos are perfect every time, and he actually remembers your custom order without judgment. While most baristas just call your name and hand over the cup, Nate goes the extra step: kind, generous, polite, and a great listener. He makes every visit feel personal, not rushed. You can tell he aims to make every customer genuinely happy and highly satisfied. Starbucks, take note — give this man a raise and a promotion. Managing a store? Piece of cake 🍰 for Nate 💯
PS Corey the new 1-month old manager is doing a great job ✨

My wife wanted her Iced Chai Latte and everything bagel so we stopped by this Starbucks today. We came a little before lunch and used the drive thru. They weren't that busy so the line moved by quickly. I just got a venti iced water. The staff were polite and we didn't have any issues during our visit today.

I'm not too satisfied with your service especially with a manager on duty as well as your other co-workers I please need to use the 🚽 and they said our policy says you have to pay for something first before you use the 🚽?
I even had a $25 Starbucks gift Card??
Anyhow I'm partial disabled and after driving 30 Miles to go to other destination I left with a bad taste in my mouth🤕🥶🥵🤧🤮🤢my neighborhood Starbucks no pressure or problem🥵
I want next-door Portholes bought A 🍰$26.00
Also used🚽never will be coming to this Place AGAIN😡🤬
