I stopped by this location to pick up a few gift cards, and I was so impressed by the friendly atmosphere. Cassie greeted two different customers by name, she clearly knows her regulars and makes everyone feel truly welcome. She was an absolute delight and incredibly helpful. I will definitely be returning to this location!

I went here randomly since the Starbucks near me closed. Maverick made me the best caramel macchiato I've ever had. Hands down. Service was great and fast. They were SO friendly. This is my new favorite Starbucks location and I will definitely be back!

I am at plummer & Reseda at Starbucks. I just left Balboa & Lassen starbucks for charging issue. Manager Cassy know one thing 'going by the rule' but she doesn"t know second thing "flexibility' orderd Mocha Frapp w/o caffeine for my 10 year girl.
while another Flexible Barrista at Plummer & Reseda know how to put this order in the system without charging extra, Non flexible 'Cassy' does not know how to put the right price for customer.
Starbucks is not cheap Customer expect better service, not ripping off even if it is only extra bucks.
