Disappointing Experience at Subway
Date of Visit: 29th September
I recently visited a Subway with my family, and the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere felt tense because one of the staff members, a Mexican lady who wasn’t wearing a name tag, was loudly yelling at her coworker, gurmit, who remained silent the entire time. This created an uncomfortable environment while we placed our orders during a promotion for three foot-long sandwiches for $25.
I ordered a 6-inch chicken sandwich, but it was cut unevenly, more like 4 inches. When I politely asked for a foot-long on Italian Herb bread, the staff rudely refused, even though the promotion clearly stated that I could choose my meat without any restrictions on bread options.
When I tried to clarify my order, the staff accused me of "gaslighting" her, which I found both offensive and unprofessional. Her behavior also seemed racially motivated, as she made assumptions about me and my request
What concerned me the most was that another customer ordered a beef sandwich, and the staff toasted my chicken sandwich together with it. While I don’t eat beef, this could be a serious issue for people with religious or dietary restrictions, and I believe management should address this practice.
Overall, the rude behavior and lack of professionalism made this an unpleasant experience, and I don’t plan on returning. Management should seriously consider addressing these issues

“There was a very old and uneducated employee who had cut the sandwich much smaller than usual, and only put lettuce, onions, and a little turkey in it. I told them several times that I wanted to eat at the table, but they still put it in a paper bag. This is the last time I’m buying from here, and I suggest everyone not to shop here because the employees are not good at all, they are not considerate, they don’t respect the customers, and they skimp on the food.”

Great water and thankfully great soda, after one of the bad, very rude ladies decided to completely antagonize me after i asked for at least a piece of bread and started to fall asleep. She kept asking for someone to extract me with force out of the subway. As if she had some sort of "extermination service" (PLEASE IF YOU ARE LOST FROM A PRIVATE SCHOOL AND DON'T KNOW THE LAW AND DON'T HAVE ANY MILITARY BACKGROUND CONNECTION WHEN IN SITUATIONS LIKE THOSE THAT I EXPERIENCED AS A YOUNG BABY THAT RAN AWAY WITH SOMEONE A TAD BIT OLDER IN SO CALLED AGE AT THE TIME DON'T GO TO THIS SUBWAY THINKING YOU COULD REST YOUR HEAD AFTER A COUPLE SIPS OF COCA-COLA) when i was lost and didn't have a place to stay other than a little "parkk" simulation and a trollie/trolly spot to sit in hopes that one day i'll be able to play a beautiful instrument that was advertised on the back rest of the little sit area. Hopefully those rude ladies working at subway find a better thing to do than to pick on lost kids from private education. Please bless those women with proper English Education so they believe in the American dream (if you know what I mean.) ??

I hadn’t eaten at a subway in over 10 years, so I thought I would give it another try. My mistake. It is somehow even worse than I remember it being. The bread is far too tough and chewy, my jaw actually got tired from chewing by the time I finished the sub…that is not something that happens to me often. The meats and veggies are all rather sad looking. The taste of the sub was rather one dimensional and not enjoyable in the least. It was one of the few experiences getting take out lately that became strictly about satiating hunger rather than enjoyment of any sort. It also smells odd in the restaurant, not the pleasant smell of fresh baked bread you get at other sandwich shops. Ike’s is just down the street and much better sandwiches for a small increase in price. Jersey mikes you pay a bit more, but worth it for the quality and size. Either of these two places would be a clear upgrade in value per dollar.

Always great
Came here to pick up some subs for friends. I decided to place the order via the app to make the experience easier. I paid extra for quite a few toppings on different subs and the ladies here forgot them all. I'd contact the store but it's not worth the time, I'll just simply not come back (nor will the people I got the subs for.) Oh well, at least the restaurant was clean.
