I came to this Subway tonight to pick up my online order. I got the Doritos Nachos footlong with steak and also a Footlong Oven Roasted Turkey and Ham sandwich. I found parking just fine in the plaza this place is at. The staff are very nice and had my order ready before the pickup time. The Footlong sandwich was delicious but the Doritos steak nachos didn't have that much steak on it.

I’m a loyal Subway customer, but this location was a huge disappointment. One of the rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with works here. When I asked for their name after being mistreated, they refused and said, “Why should I tell you my name?” My order wasn’t even prepared after 45 minutes because I initially selected the wrong location, but I called immediately and was told I couldn’t cancel. I accepted that — but they just assumed I canceled and never made my food. Absolutely unacceptable service.
I strongly urge the manager or franchise owner to investigate this incident. This level of disrespect and carelessness should not be tolerated.
Probably The Worst Experience Here. I Order Ahead Of Time & When I Got There I Was Waiting Another 15 Mins. The Employee Was Taking There Sweet Time & Give Me Weird Faces. There Was No Other Orders. Just Petty Employees
This is unacceptable, this subway gave me food poisoning. I got the Philly cheese steak . Please make to check the food quality . It’s not ok . Service was terrible and my sandwich was made sloppy yet again. I’ve worked at a subway before , please be considerate as their not trying to eat a mess but and actual sandwich .

Terrible Service and Rude Employee
I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. When I arrived to pick up my online order, the employee greeted me with a bad attitude, clearly upset that I had used an offer for my two foot-long sandwiches. As if that wasn’t enough, when I asked to use the restroom, he flatly refused, claiming there wasn’t one available, even though there was a restroom in the store with a sign saying "no public use." I understand restrictions for non-customers, but as a paying customer, I expected better treatment. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was unacceptable, and I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Worst customer service I have ever seen at Subway. Simi did two Subs. She was very blunt. I also realized that prices are more compare to near by subways.

Workers are so lazy. Ordering ahead online is never an option because when I go pick up my order it is never ready. Nothing is ever ready. Even through DoorDash they mess up on everything. Very lazy and irresponsible. Management is the same.

My sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich was made incorrectly, I requested extra sauce and there was hardly any sauce on it, it just tasted like the standard chicken that is served and was bland. I called to see about getting a remake of my sandwich and the girl who was working, stated that the people who made my sandwich were gone for the day so they cannot remake my sandwich and that they put less sauce because “people don’t always like it so sweet” So I paid $12 for a sandwich that I REQUESTED extra sauce on for them to tell me they put less because not everyone else likes it that way AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE! Absolutely horrible customer service. Simi, Cindy, whatever her name was really needs to understand customer service!

I love foot-long tuna sandwiches. I use the Subway app to order online and sometimes get discounts as well. Their service is fast, and their prices are affordable.
