Workers are so lazy. Ordering ahead online is never an option because when I go pick up my order it is never ready. Nothing is ever ready. Even through DoorDash they mess up on everything. Very lazy and irresponsible. Management is the same.

My sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich was made incorrectly, I requested extra sauce and there was hardly any sauce on it, it just tasted like the standard chicken that is served and was bland. I called to see about getting a remake of my sandwich and the girl who was working, stated that the people who made my sandwich were gone for the day so they cannot remake my sandwich and that they put less sauce because “people don’t always like it so sweet” So I paid $12 for a sandwich that I REQUESTED extra sauce on for them to tell me they put less because not everyone else likes it that way AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE! Absolutely horrible customer service. Simi, Cindy, whatever her name was really needs to understand customer service!

I love foot-long tuna sandwiches. I use the Subway app to order online and sometimes get discounts as well. Their service is fast, and their prices are affordable.

I placed an order online 30 minutes ahead of time. An emergency came up and I called to cancel my order The lady was so rude and said she couldn't cancel the order that i had to come get it because she had already made the sandwich I told her I couldn't because I have an emergency and don't have time to pick up the order and she said there was nothing she could do I asked if there was someone else I could talk to to get a refund and she said no that she's can't give me the mangers name or provide me with any other number and when I asked for her name she said John, I heard laughter in the background and then she proceeded to hang up on me I called back and it went straight to voice mail. This was so unprofessional and stressful.

Y'all are so funny here. Truly. I ordered through doordash and got a BMT with dang near everything on it but y'all gave me it with only lettuce and avocado lmao I also asked for jalapeño chips and y'all gave me a side of jalapeños. What an order truly. Thank you for making my day. As I say very sarcastically. Please do better.

The fat lady would refuse to serve me because I asked her to change her dirty gloves (that she used before to make other customers sandwich and handle their money) for a clean ones and she would throw away my sandwich. She's being doing the same s# everyday I go to this subway location. I think she has animosity towards young blonde beauties B**** I'm jealous

Talk about the extreme opposite of fresh. Came in after work around 8pm to get a sandwich and most of the toppings are not fresh. You are literally charging $14 for a sandwich and you have mold on the tomatoes just sitting there on display? So I asked if they have fresh tomatoes due to seeing the mold and this location is open 24/7 I believe. But the answer i got was " no we only have these". Spinach was very dry as if it's been sitting out for days

I Always order online i never really had a problem but the past 5 TIMES I've ordered they forgot my avocado ... once or twice i understand but 5x in a row ... ? & i never once been told if they didn't have anymore or ever gotten refunded for my avocado charge

I keep saying this is the last time, This is the last time..... but no more chances. So frustrating! They do not care if they lose customers, and it is obvious. All The ladies in there have such s*** attitude ALWAYS!!!! They slap all the ingredients on very sloppy and when wrapping the sandwich they smash the bread as they roll it up. Got home and sandwich fell apart as I was opening it. Guess what ? I ate a sandwich with a fork?!?!?!!???? WTF?!?! Done.
