My young teen daughter went there to get some sandwich for take out. The bread was so old and dry it was cracking. I have been patronizing over years and always the bread is fresh out of oven. This one was fresh out of trash.

Order take out on the app, and they gave me the wrong sandwiches. I called to see what we can do about it, and they were blaming me that I got the wrong bag, when the bag obviously said my name. They were giving me attitude and blaming me, when they were the ones who made the wrong sandwiches. Terrible service if they get mad when people only want their correct order

The night / evening shift guys are the best! Courteous friendly and helpful. I liked my visit here. The sandwich I ordered was 100 percent made to perfection. That's my Hispanic people at work! We do it all well! From sandwiches to building homes and everything in between.

To say I wac displeased as an understatement. I made an online order yesterday for two sandwiches through the app. It gave me an estimated wait time of about 18 minutes 1 proceeded to drive over there to go pick up the order and it wasn't even started at the time that it said the pickup time will be ready. There was a woman in the front having a full-blown conversation with a different customer and after 5 minutes of me standing there a different employee came out from the back and ask me if was waiting for an order in which I replied yes letting him know that it said it was already done in the app and he informed me that he was working on it right now. Fast forward about another 7 minutes and he hands ne a bag and I go home. I get home open my sandwich and it is the most disappointing sandwich I've ever laid eyes on. For what I ordered my sandwich looked anorexic there was barely anything on it comparatively to what ordered I will never be returning to this location which sucks because this is the closest location to me and I do love Subway but the employees there just left a bitter taste in my mouth. The pictures I have attached is what I ordered versus what I got so everybody can see or themselves and to save yourself from the time and effort of going to this location

Call Me (Call Me Process Serving)

Please note I have been eating at Subway for over 20 years and being a vegetarian. I have always ordered a veggie sub. I’ve used the subway in Porter Ranch the subway on Corbin Avenue by target the subway by the Winnetka theaters that went out of business and in many other locations Anytime I order a veggie sub. I am given four pieces of cheese, two thin pieces on each side of the roll of bread today, the gentleman put two pieces instead of four. When questioned he told me the owner has changed the rules. I just want to let you know. I will never use your subway again. I think it’s prejudicial against vegetarians who have a limited protein options to give them the smallest amount of protein possible. I’m sure you don’t limit your customers to two little skinny pieces of meat. Had your representative told me your franchise has cheaped out before he put anything on the bread I would’ve just walked out - in hindsight that’s what I should’ve done. I don’t go to Subway to have my protein skimped on and cut back from four thin pieces down to two. One highly offended vegetarian - GOODBYE subway hello Jersey mikes and firehouse sub and any other true submarine sandwich artist in town.

WORST SERVICE EVER! So dissapointed . Clearly shows racism and discrimination against students and denies proper service. Very rude staff. Denied to put veggies and sauces in the desires quantity, and provided the same service to other people. This is very dissapointing when I am paying the same price as others.

Very disrespectful, I came in with my service dog, by law I’m not even supposed to disclose what his service is, but regardless they discriminated against me, my service animal, and kicked me out so I DO NOT recommend I’ve been here over 1 1/2 years even before I got my service dog I always got very rude treatment from the staff but now this is just unacceptable.
