I hate leaving bad reviews, but do not use their online system. I placed the order 30 minutes ahead of time and I got to the store and it was ent ready. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t receive the order, then told me to call subway. I called the number in the order, and went straight to the store. Then they proceeded to tell me the order mysteriously came in. Either someone picked up the order that shouldn’t have or I’m not sure. It’s fine if someone else grabbed the order or they forgot about it, but to not take accountability is a whole different story. Not even a sorry or a free cookie or anything. They eventually made my order and was on my way. Been coming here for over 7 years, no longer.

DON'T USE THE APP TO ORDER AHEAD AT THIS LOCATION! Saturday 28 October 2023, my order is ready at 12:10 pm and it's cr@P. The avocado... a sliver at the bottom of the sandwich. The extra lettuce I ordered appeared to have an adverse effect because there was barely any lettuce. The extra onions I ordered, same thing. Where are they? Maybe, just maybe, when you order online for pickup, they don't care as much because you don't see them make it. So I will abandon to convenience of order ahead with this establishment. Employees need oversight. Happy to be there next time to tell them how to do their job. That is, IF I come back.

The sandwiches are like any other Subway, the parking sometimes is a problem. The service is OK. My biggest problem with them is that they alway seem to screw up the orders, not sure why.

I come here 3 to 4 days a week and the main reason I come is Nelson. He's amazing at his craft. His customer service really is unparalleled and of course, the food is epic!

Came to Subway after Jersey Mikes on Chatsworth had no bread sign at 6pm March 25th. Subway made us a great sandwich! Husband happy with "the monster sandwich " said he will be back! Great satisfaction here!

I went to this location today I normally get my sub here employee are friendly…but today somehow I just asked about the beard I felt it, didn’t look fresh, the employee got so rude for no reason. I’m a professional person I walked out. It take years to built something but take a min to ruin. The misbehave he did was while I was walking out he yelled “thank you” so loud. Employee should be trained well.

Another great place to eat. Ingredients were fresh bread was fresh. Fountain drinks worked. Associates there were very nice and understanding. They had pizza here. ??

Food is great but they have to replace one of the worker who works on Sunday lunch time. She is so rude and does not respect customer at all. She has a tone against customers. Either she has to be trained again or she needs to get fired.
