Tea is okay, boba is meh, but really nice service!!!
Walked in and instead of asking what I wanted to order - they asked who I was picking up for. Seems like an extremely racially motivated and targeted comment. Will never go back there.
My favorite go-to boba spot in town! Always made just right, and the staff are all super friendly.
Tonight, I had a terrible experience at Sugar Fix. Despite ordering clearly, they insisted I didn't order what I wanted. Instead of admitting their mistake, they accused me of being wrong. They wanted me to pay FULL PRICE for a remake. Additionally, to avoid a credit service charge, they asked me to pay the difference via Zelle. The service was appalling and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. My whole family was so disgusted with their attitudes.

Ordered food and boba via Uber eats. The food was great and still warm upon arrival. I ordered two drinks, a brown sugar milk tea and a jasmine wintermelon tea. The winter melon tea was not good. It tasted of soap. I love trying new places and ordering winter melon drinks so I’m familiar with the syrups taste. But that drink was just dish soap. Everything was great apart from that drink.

For the second times I found a long hair in my smoothie, I was disgusting
We just ordered three drinks and I accidentally dropped them and we even showed them a picture but they didn’t give us a refund for our drink or let us get another ones for free. And I called and he hung up on me on the phone and said “ its not my problem”

I like going here especially on my way back to csun. The down side is that the refresher drinks advertised (Ex:A Lovely Night) is very watered down and way too bitter. Also the drink was way darker than I expected. Do yourselves a favor and just get the boba smoothies.
Just had a strawberry jasmine milk tea boba drink with no sugar added and it was delicious!! The guy said they are open everyday of the year until midnight which is amazing. Late night dinner Taiwanese snacks in the Valley…what?!! Literally a small business hidden in the corner, definitely coming back again.

Nice place but it looks like a place frequented by teenagers. The food is okay and the pastries look excellent, but they are too limited. Every time I go, there is always little stock, which seems poor to me. All the Boba drinks look good, not going to lie! But the flavor is missing, very watery and super diluted! Boba pearls are too hard and very inconsistent. And also, to be honest, the drinks are very artificial! There are no natural ingredients, almost no natural fruit, everything is made from flavored syrups and sparkling water that are for carbonated drinks. And it can be easily done at home, why pay money for something I make myself? All you have to do is make your own fruit preserves and add jam if you like, then add sparkling water or sprite and there you have a fizzy drink. Also, the owner seems nice, but is very awkward when it comes to helping customers. Plus the lady who works there barely speaks. English, which is a big problem, doesn't sound racial. But if you come to the US, your English skills will be efficient enough to communicate with customers. Very important. I know English is not your first language, but you need to work on it. It is so that the business grows and you can assume and errors can occur. I know that not everyone in the United States is used to speaking Taiwanese, especially when it comes to business and if clients speak the language like you. So give yourself space to improve your language skills. The same thing would happen to me if I lived in Taiwan as an English speaker and wanted to have a business there. I'm pretty sure I have to improve my Taiwanese to be able to communicate with other customers as well. Or better if you hire a translator employee to help you. I can also say that the manager does not take suggestions very well, especially when I gave him good ideas for menu items. To improve especially when I mentioned "You should have Matcha cookies" since they already have matcha bread. And the manger felt uncomfortable and challenged like it wasn't rocket science! Anyway, yes, the manager has to be more open minded to new ideas, otherwise the business may not make it. But if they accept criticism, that indicates that you have grown a lot as a business manager. And also the signs where you have each drink seem to look good. But unfortunately, the letters on each label look a little dull and are also a little small to read, so maybe give it a try. Have larger letters and not italics as it can be difficult to read, so perhaps another font would be better and more visible. So I hope you can improve a lot and bless yourself and I hope you can understand something from your side. My God, you expect nothing but the best for yourself. ???

Fun visit to Sugar Fix Cafe. The first thing that stood out to me was the variety of flavors they offered. They had a wide range of options, from traditional milk teas to more unique fruit flavors including smoothies. I appreciate that they cater to different tastes and preferences. The quality of the boba itself was good, with a nice chewy texture. The ambiance of the shop was pleasant as well. It had a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink. The seating area was small but comfortable and clean. They have a few high top chairs two smaller tables inside.I got a large Thai Tea with boba. It was $7.50. The price was a bit on the higher side compared to other boba shops in the area.Additionally, the drink customization options were limited. I would have liked more flexibility in adjusting the sweetness and ice levels to suit my taste preferences.
