Sugar Fix Boba Cafe

I've been here twice and they have creative combinations for drinks. Their seasonal offerings in the winter are delicious. A bit tucked away in the complex, but service is fast. The tapioca pearls taste good and are sufficiently squishy.

Drinks are phenomenal and staff is so sweet! Wish I could be an everyday customer!

update: went again and stayed longer. i got their pistachio latte w oat milk and my friend got their strawberry milk drink and they were sooo goood!! they also make their drinks so pretty instead of jumping dumping stuff together so it's always aesthetic. i also ordered their chicken cutlet sandwich with fries and it was also pretty good. good pricing for what you get and nice staff! wifi and outlets worked well and they do have a restroom you can use in the back so just let them know!

4.5, loved their dirty thai tea! great size for the price, cute little spot, and had good wifi, few seating though. not sure if they have restroom. but they have great options for drinks and savory food!

Went to this place at night after a hang out, got popcorn chicken and it was mad delicious, finished it in a few mins and had to get another one. If you come to this place the popcorn chicken is a must try 💯.

The shop has a lovely atmosphere with quick and friendly service. They have a wide selection of drinks to choose from, and they all taste amazing. They have a lot of great food too. Lots of chairs and free water cups:)

Webster is a amazing barista and coming here for the first time was welcoming! Very nice staff and has good food. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walked in and instead of asking what I wanted to order - they asked who I was picking up for. Seems like an extremely racially motivated and targeted comment. Will never go back there.

My favorite go-to boba spot in town! Always made just right, and the staff are all super friendly.

Tonight, I had a terrible experience at Sugar Fix. Despite ordering clearly, they insisted I didn't order what I wanted. Instead of admitting their mistake, they accused me of being wrong. They wanted me to pay FULL PRICE for a remake. Additionally, to avoid a credit service charge, they asked me to pay the difference via Zelle. The service was appalling and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. My whole family was so disgusted with their attitudes.

Ordered food and boba via Uber eats. The food was great and still warm upon arrival. I ordered two drinks, a brown sugar milk tea and a jasmine wintermelon tea. The winter melon tea was not good. It tasted of soap. I love trying new places and ordering winter melon drinks so I’m familiar with the syrups taste. But that drink was just dish soap. Everything was great apart from that drink.
