This restaurant has the layout, and feel of Japanese restaurants from days gone by. However, at the same time, it's very modern and stylish.

I entered with my Mom, and we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was very friendly and had a great personality. It turns out he was very knowledgeable as well. I ordered the Salmon Shioyaki Entree, and Mom ordered the Miso Marinated Black Cod Entree....

Not only is the food delicious, but the presentation is quite nice. Of course the sushi here is fabulous, but don't limit yourself because you truly can't go wrong with other menu items. Personally, I'm a fan of their shrimp and vegetable tempura. The portions are generous and the coating is so light and tasty.

I dropped one star on atmosphere because the interior is a bit underwhelming with tight, limited seating. It's totally worth...

Love this place! I've only been during dinner time and it can get pretty busy. Recommend you make a reservation. The staff is great! The food is fabulous! I love the Robert roll and the Northridge roll (not on menu). Fresh & delicious. Even their drinking water is good!!
