My friend took me here for the first time and I really like the green tea flavored shaved ice. Since then, I went often to enjoy it. Last time I went, I ordered my usual green tea shaved ice with toppings, and it was very pale green, different from what I normally got. It also tasted like plain ice so I asked the young man at the counter. He explained that it was due to using the very bottom part of the Green tea ice block. I asked to change because it tasted like plain ice. He said he couldn’t do that and stated that that’s just how it was. I thought it was ridiculous that he just expected me to eat something like that. When I asked for a manager, then he gave me a little bit more of the green tea ice with rudeness. I don’t think I’m going back there as I had this very unpleasant experience. I hope the manager will train the staff properly.

I normally go somewhere else to get my halo-halo but this time I wanted to explore other places to see if there was anything new so I came here. I ordered a halo-halo and I noticed that the ice is shaved instead which is different than what I usually get somewhere else. I also noticed that it cost a little bit more than other places if I'm not mistaken. Overall I have no complain when it comes to how it tasted because it was great.

the texture of the snow cream is so light and fluffy! like a unique snow cone. i would’ve picked different toppings had i known what to expect bc it turned into a chocolate sludge, but it was still yummy. also $6 for normal size is not at all bad for a trendy looking store lol.

Taste very good. Nice powder soft snow with mochi and condensed milk. They have boardgames too. Chairs are heavy and sturdy. Tables are OK. Family friendly, no drugs.

A great local ice cream shop for the locals & college students alike! I had the pleasure of experiencing their Black Sesame shaved ice for the first time & am an instant fan. I went plain for my first time, to really enjoy the ice cream, but will return for toppings. Great for those hot summer days in the valley!
