Li Cha Tea (T4 Cafe)

We ordered Passion Fruit with green tea, but we were given the one made with black tea instead. I had to call because our order was incorrect. The woman we spoke to told us we didn’t need to bring the wrong drink back and that we could just keep it.
However, when my husband went back to pick up the corrected drinks, the man working there insisted that the drink he originally made was with green tea, (attached photo is the proof that the order was made incorrectly). We wouldn’t go out of our way to return if it wasn’t necessary, but since we paid for it, we believe it’s only fair to receive what we ordered.
For reference, the remade drink was still bland. We know how it’s supposed to taste because we regularly buy from this store.

Definitely went down hill. Boba tastes like it's at least 6hrs old. SUPER hard and nasty. Taste like they changed their recipes from when it was T4. And the drinks are not as good. There's too much food on menu now, so there's not much quality control anymore. Soggy fried tofu and popcorn chicken. Sharetea has better drinks and TeaNTea has much better food. Very disappointed. T4 used to be my favorite, but I don't think it's worth going to anymore.

Quarter of it spilled in the bag and the top part of the cup is melted which was why the lid is loose. Lesson learned go in person rather than UberEats.

They have great customer service here. They're so nice and friendly, but if you want to try their boba Tro It has to be your cup of tea because me. I feel like the boba is not cooked. All the way and the boba doesn't taste like other boba, places that have tried. So you would really would need to like this.

Came here last night to order a drink and their food. Their drink is terrible and I couldn’t finish it. The food is so so as their vegetables is pretty salty. The food menu got much less compared before when I came few years ago. Inside the restaurant is spacious. Overall it’s pretty disappointing.
