I’m pretty sure either the employees at the location tell their friends and families to leave reviews because this location is honestly awful. I don’t think the employees know how to read or count correctly. Yelp has more honest reviews but I digress.
Sigh the service here sucks. I do enjoy Taco Bell but this is the second time where they forgot one of my items I ordered. I've tried to call multiple times to let them know whenever they've forgotten an item but it's easier just to go back in person to tell them. Thank goodness I live near the area. Maybe I should call whoever the head supervisor of this location. It's just a waste of time and gas whenever they forget something. Quite frankly, it's annoying that each time I have to drive back to go get an item I paid for that they forget. So do be careful from ordering at this Taco Bell. They don't answer their phone (yikes red flag) and they are forgetful. Maybe some employees don't know how to count correctly, no clue. Something that this location should work on which is learning to read and count the item on a persons order - food for thought, just a suggestion. Did you know that learning to count and read is a kindergarten standard?
Also learn to pick up the phone sometime too it's literally basic job etiquette.

Most expensive Taco Bell I have been at. Both drinks had sugar when they were supposed to be diet. Cheese on everything specified not to have cheese. The two 5-9 dollar advertised meals and 2 tacos ended up being 40 dollars somehow. Somehow took as long as the In and Out Nextdoor.
We moved close to this Taco Bell location seventeen years ago. They have never messed up our order. The food is carefully prepared and wrapped. The employees are pleasant. It is a very well-managed establishment. We love our Taco Bell. 🌮 🔔 ✨️
