Ordered take out last night, normally it's pretty good with no complaints. Last night when I got home after picking up my order, it seemed like they sprinkled the asada on my tacos. No asada whatsoever, that I regret buying.

First time trying this place and it was amazing! The tacos were great, loved the bottled drinks and the service was amazing. The staff was super kind and very attentive. With how great the weather has been at night the atmosphere of this place is amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

The food leaves a lot to be desired. The taco meat has no flavor at all, completely bland and without salt. The guacamole was unpleasant, it doesn’t taste like Mexican food at all. Everything is tasteless, even the al pastor tacos taste bad. Even the tortillas lack flavor.

1986 Tacos was a letdown. The meat wasn’t well done as requested, forcing us to send it back. The replacement took too long and was still undercooked and poorly made. Disappointed, we had to ask for a refund due to the poor preparation. The restaurant needs to improve its attention to detail and cooking accuracy for the customers. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately they sucked. Took awhile to get a shorted order. No ice in the beverages and tortillas tasted cold un cooked. Want a real good spot hit up Vampiro Tacos in sylmar!!

The food was so good! The staff is super nice, and it's chill in there. It's a perfect spot to grab a quick bite. That Jamaica drink is the best ever. Five stars for sure!
I've been enjoying this place since they opened. Every food item is 🔥🔥🔥 but the handmade corn tortillas are just perfection. I've been helped by William E whos been very welcoming to me and everyone coming in and has such a positive attitude. Thank you guys for the great experience as always.

1986 Tacos is a good place to go eat. Generally speaking it’s not just good it’s Fantastic place with great food and atmosphere. The place was clean and my food tasted Delicious but quite delightful. The drinks also good. The employees did great service!!!

Food and drinks are great . Homemade tortillas and real beans not rehydrated. Salsas are really good. And the horchata was surprisingly really good. I was worried since it came in a bottle. I like the music playing and the restroom was nice and clean. Good customer service.

Tried the carne asada steak burrito and loved it. Some of the best flour tortillas (can tell they're hand-made) I've had in LA with an excellent salsa bar to top things off. Solid prices for what you're getting, and in a cute atmosphere.
