- came on a weekday for their lunch price, only two table customers inside on a Tuesday
- spacious environment
- good hot pot presentation (aesthetic for your food photos)
- have to order on QR code on phone
- some soup bowls are dirty with dry water stains (had to get another one)
- curry hot pot was disgustingly bad - DON'T ORDER!!!
- only their beef hot pot is delicious
- garlic + soybean + chili sauce on the side
- vermicelli option is bad as well (just order rice)
- free soup refills

tldr: only order their beef hot pot on lunch prices. otherwise avoid this place as there are better hot pot

Found this place a few months ago and I've come back at least 4 times. I love the amount of flavor in each individual bowl and the service is usually great.

Great Hot Pot spot with a lot of parking. They have a decent variety of Hot Pots to choose from & to make things easier, you can order through a QR code at your table. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

Definitely had the toes curling as we viciously munched our Hot Pot

My girl said their sauces were wack. I said they were bussin. So go be the tie breaker & help us decide if this place is a BOOM or DOOM

Pretty much went there about 1hr 30min b4 they close.i got seated fast but,the staff look dissatisfied that I went solo. I placed my order and got a boba and it came super late and water. When I got the food idk why they also brought the check usually most hotpot places they bring me my check almost when I'm done eating and take care of water or drinks make sure or anything im missing it took them 3 min after I received my food to bring me any utensils to eat and they literally came too my table 2 times apparently last call of food itm wish I say I was good on more food I did ask for more water refill which I never got . Idk if this is just cause it a Sunday night or w/e but pretty much bad experience also apparently you get to choose a side of rice or some noodles i choose noodles thing and honestly for the cost im paying even if I had to play more for a bigger portion I would of I mean really not even a handful of noodles.

It was ok...The major problem in had was is with the service. They weren't rude but my wife has a shellfish allergy and we made it very clear and when her soup came out there was crab legs sticking out when we pointed out that we ordered with no shelfish the cook came out and asked "no shelfish?" And we had to elaborate very clearly again NO SHELLFISH! It just ruined our dinner timing and excitement

Dietary restrictions: Be very careful if you have allergies coming here

Great individual hot pot place! Sad to see Szechuan Place close because they served great Szechuan food.Tasty Spot kept most of the previous decor, so it felt familiar still. You order through a scan code and they will bring the food you ordered to you.Shout-out the Jann for being attentive and super knowledgeable about the food! Super friendly too.Got myself a Cheese Milk broth on the app but I saw there was a tomato option, so I was curious to try. I thought it would be milk and tomato broth. All I tasted was the tomato broth. I asked the really kind server, Jann, and he told me they fully replace the broth to tomato should you choose the tomato option under cheese milk broth. Make sure you keep it at original if you want the cheesy broth.Every topping there were great! Unlike boiling point, you can't choose to take out an ingredient. Here, you can even get rid of the cabbages!I also got the Hokkaido milk tea which wasn't all that. Definitely not BP Hokkaido!Overall, this is a great place if you want hot pot!

Dietary restrictions: They have veggie hotpot! Great for vegetarians.

The Beef Hot Soup was PERFECT for a rainy day. The food was hot and the soup flavorful. I added an egg and steamed dumplings, the perfect combination for a hearty soup.

My wife and I was finally able to try this hot pot place out after hearing such good things about it from my sister. We come to the plaza that this place is in a lot but never visited this restrauant. Finding parking last night was difficult because some CSUN students park there. When we walked in, we were seated right away since they weren't busy. The staff are very nice and will answer any questions you have. You can order with them or scan the QR code and order from your phone. My wife went with the Japanese Miso Hot Soup and I went with the Beef Hot Soup. I wasn't sure what vermicelli was so I had to ask. My wife also ordered their Rose Milk Tea and Passion Fruit Green Tea. We thought the soup was good, they give you alot of side dishes in the soup already. So even though you don't get a lot of noodles, you'll get full from the dish. The staff checked in with us from time to time to make sure everything was good.

Vegetarian options: They have a Healthy Veggie Hot Soup for vegetarian.

Parking: This place is in a decent size plaza but it will sometime be pack because CSUN students will park there.

Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly but just be careful with the hot soup.

Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible.

Very delicious food! Glad to have more hot pot places in the valley, definitely our favourite. The portions are really good, very flavorful and the ingredients are all top notch! There are some reviews that are clearly malicious, coming from people who clearly doesn’t appreciate Asian food, they left some pretty brain dead reviews, ignore and report them. You’ll see them as you scroll down, probably all coming from the same person.
