Pretty good soup. The only thing is the pots here have like every kind of seafood so if your not a fan, you have two options the vegetarian one, or the beef sizzling plate (which is awesome). Everything was super good including the green tea. Definitely would recommend as long as you arent super picky food eater.

1. The dining environment is decent, with both regular seats and booths available; you can choose either, even if you're alone.
2. The mini hot pot is highly recommended; the portions are large—I couldn't finish it all by myself. It also comes with complimentary rice and ice water.

Lots of parking so that’s definitely a plus! The vibe inside is very chill and they played good music too! They had a Vegan option which was the Veggie hot pot!It was soooooo delishes and very filling! They go around asking if you want more broth so definitely loved that! There’s sauces on the table if you’d like to add more! For each hot pot you get to pick your spice level, and each one comes with an option of rice or vermicelli! Good portions, great/fast/friendly customer service, calm environment, lots of seating, great parking and a vegan option!!! Also tried the mango tea with crystal boba and it was really yummy! Loved it here 10/10 definitely!!

Workers don’t know their own menu and can’t read. They’re very rude
Had high hopes but left disappointed. Not great at all.

Very very very HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! Not attentive at all and messed up a simple order TWICE. I do not recommend coming here. If you guys are expecting 5 out of 5 food this is not the place. Disgusting, and waited 45 minutes for my food ON A SLOW DAY! THERE WAS NO WAIT!

The food was at best mediocre 😕 and overpriced. The service was decent. I won't be rushing back there.

One of my fave places. No longer need to drive to Boiling Pot Pasadena for a hot savory soup. It's all here. They just need additional staff.

Very disappointed—they closed an hour earlier than posted. I drove an hour and a half to eat here, only to find the doors already shut. Sad that they don’t respect their own posted hours.
Words cannot express how happy I am that they opened a Tasty Pot location in Northridge! As a Boiling Point fan, it's hard to find an equivalent in the valley and it has been years since I've lived in Irvine so I was definitely craving something similar.
I saw that this location was open until 10 PM and was pleasantly surprised that there was NO WAIT on a Thursday evening at 8 PM. BP could literally never.
The staff was sweet and I placed my order via QR code on the table. They have 4 different sauces/spices on the table and I always opt for soy garlic which was the right balance of sweetness.
The beef pot is my favorite and it also has pretty much the same ingredients in it. HOWEVER, Tasty Pot has a HEAPING serving of beef in comparison to Boiling Point which means you're getting more bang for your buck. The pot comes with its own sterno that you can turn off if it gets too hot and the server will come to your table from time to time to top you up with more broth if you would like. Your soup comes with a side of rice or vermicelli.
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to returning.

I really enjoyed my lunch at Tasty Pot. The service was attentive and efficient. Our food came out quickly and hot!
I got the lamb and my partner got the Japanese Miso. Other individual hot pot places usually give too much Napa cabbage and not enough meat but Tasty Pot doesn't skimp out. I usually don't eat spicy and the mild was the perfect balance.
Definitely check out this location.

One of the best pots out there! My friend and I entered at the last hour (not knowing when they close) we were still served and welcomed nicely. William was the best to reassure us that we are okay. Still gave great service and the pot was absolutely delicious!! Customization was simple to do and the variety was plenty and well served. William was still kind enough to go through the menu and answered all my questions.
Thank you William for an amazing service!!!

We kept feeling nervous about being the last one and William was kind enough to notice and reassure us. Well attentive. (We still ask for our food to go ( ╥ω╥ ) still with satisfaction)

Came here late night with my friend, food was really good. We both got the lobster bowl and fried calamari. The bill was $80 after tax. Their portions are really nice size. We came in around 9 because we thought they closed at 11. They still sat us and we were able to order. You do so on your phone. Anyways William was super sweet. We offered to take our food to go because we felt bad. He told us we can still eat and take our time. Around 9:45 we asked for to go boxes because we felt bad being the last customers. William said it was okay, but he was super friendly about it. Not in a fake way. Anyways we got the check. Took our food to go so the staff can leave on time. William was funny and super sweet, made us feel welcomed. The BOH staff def did they thang in the kitchen. And they did not make us feel rushed at all. William was alone at the end of shift, he was the only server, and still did great.
