The crew here is by far the best baristas my wife and I have ever come across. Andrew, Jared, Erika, Cris, and James always refer to us by our first names and even know our orders before we even walk up to the counter. They're always a huge pleasure to talk to as well. They are just one of many reasons we will continue to be regulars here. Also THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BRINGING BACK DARK CHOCOLATE!!! It was a long couple of months while it was gone lol.

*Less 1 star because it took awhile for my drink to be made. It was overlooked. They have a 50% off promo so I came by to get some. The place was busy - people are in and out for mostly mobile orders. I saw one or 2 tables inside that are free. They do have few tables outside that aren't occupied as well. I'm don't usually come to this coffee shop so I asked the employee for a recommendation. He recommended the Cookies and Cream and the Vanilla too. I chose the Cookies and Cream with whipped cream. At first sip, it is delicious. You can taste the cookies. I will order for sure in the future. They have selections of sandwiches and pastries. You have the choice to warm it up or not. It is a good place for working. They close late - at 10pm. Parking is not a problem too. Plenty of it that is shared with other businesses. Gender neutral facility.

After receiving my coffee's at the pick up location I tasted the coffee and desired more honey than was currently in the coffee. The barista asked if she would like the honey sticks cut and put in the coffee, I replied yes. After she pulled the honey sticks out of the storage place, where ever that is and it's uncertain to me of its cleanliness. With her own barehands she gripped them and then proceeded to cut them and dump the sticks in my cup from her own barehands. I asked if that was done with the other coffee. Her response was that it's how they add honey to all of the coffees. I have been getting honey in my coffee for years and always observed the sticks being squeezed out and poured into the cup which is sanitary. I responded to this action stating that this was highly unsanitary and I would prefer my coffee be remaid as she requested. The barista who prepared the coffee was highly upset and gave me jeering looks and proceeded to mumbling frustrated aggravations out loud but made unintelligible statements. The manager came up to me shortly after and offered no apology for his employee rude behavior or there unsanitary procedure. I had to wait additional time while my wife who wasn't feeling well waiting outside. There was no offer of apology of any kind. With the high level of viruses going on in the nation at this time this level of carelessness and unwillingness of taking responsibility's shouldn't go unnoticed. In this case it hasn't, my wife and I have been faithful customers at this location for half a decade and we have never experience such negligence from staff and management. I sure hope this is corrected before people get sick because of this lack of attention to sanitary details. Don't think we will be visiting this location again. Please correct this procedure and possibly hire more knowledgeable management who knows how to handle situations like this.

The food quality is consistent which I really *really* appreciate. The matcha is always very good, and if you have never been here they have the sonic ice (small crushed iced) which I can't get enough of. If you want a dunkin or Starbucks alternative go here.
