Sorry to give this Funnel House only 1 star but this is the 2nd time our Funnel cake has burnt so bad AT least half of it was not edible. Really sad!

I come here for their churros, although their funnel cakes are good. They have very good icecream options and the seating is basic, and good for large groups. Their prices are a bit higher than I would like, but their recipes are good and it's always a treat to come here. Service is decent.

Sharlane was so kind and helpful! She was all alone handling so many different orders when I showed up a hour before closing, yet she still managed to make everything taste amazing! đ It was my first time at The Funnel House and everything I ordered tasted delicious. Good Funnel Cake, But Terrible Groupon Experience
Tried The Funnel House for the first time after finding a $20 off Groupon. The funnel cake itself was actually really good but the experience getting there was frustrating.
The cashier didnât know how to redeem the Groupon and ended up marking it as redeemed without applying the discount to my purchase. That meant I couldnât get a refund through Groupon, and I still had to pay nearly the full amount out of pocket. The item I ordered was close to the value left on the deal, but not exact and no effort was made to correct the mistake or involve a manager.
Itâs disappointing when a business offers a Groupon but isnât prepared to honor it properly. Great-tasting dessert, but unfortunately the lack of customer service made it a one-time visit for me.

The lady who was helping me and my girlfriend was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. I didnât get her name but it was on Tuesday night July 15th. She needs to be given a raise. What wasnât amazing was the poor level of management this place establishes. She was the ONLY employee working taking orders and making orders for over 10 people and more people kept walking in after we left. It is absolutely ridiculous that she was left alone dealing with crowds of people at night. Considering the place closes at midnight, leaving a woman alone at night to close a store when there will be no people around is absolutely ridiculous. I hope this store takes better care of their female employees and employees in general. I hope the lady who helped me and my girlfriend reads this and knows how grateful we are for her very excellent customer service in such a stressful situation. GIVE HER A RAISE

It was around 11am and they were open, but the fryers were not on and she did not tell me this until AFTER we paid she did give us a CASH REFUND for a card purchase. She said it would take at least 30 mins for the fryers to heat up. Not sure if I will try again.

The final cake sundae was so good and looked amazing you can choose two ice cream flavors fruit or jam to put on top or your choices of syrup the store inside was surprisingly lonely but the customer service was great and I donât understand why there wasnât more customers inside but I was absolutely satisfied with what I got .
I came in today with my family and noticed that there was this one tall girl busy talking to these group of people instead of working while the other short girl was running all around trying to help people out, very unprofessional to make someone work harder because they don't want to take there job seriously... hopefully you guys do something about that very unfair work environment it seems

Visit this place on April 16 at 9pm, the girl who served us with a very bad attitude did not want to place our order, I asked her for a Red Bull smoothie and she said that she did not have the ingredients, she said it in a very bad way, then another guy came The name Cristian is very kind and if he served us very well, the girl should not work in customer service if she doesn't like it or doesn't know how to do her job, she only gives customers a bad time.
