The whole point of uber eats ordering is so that i dont have to leave my home. Tonight we ordered $40 worth of stuff plus paid delivery and a tip just to order a sundae and not get the ice cream for the sundae? I got a brownie for 15 dollars. Our funnel cake did not have the toppings we ordered. So we called and this girl answered and the whole time my husband explained the situation she was giggling and blaming her coworker who was "new". She said "come back and ill give you free ice cream". Just super unprofessional. Ruined our rainy dessert night. Ridiculously unprofessional.

It did not taste good. I was hoping to have a tasty treat and I was very disappointed. I was going to ask for my $10 back (that's right it cost $10 for a plain cake) but my daughter told me that was bad form. All kidding aside it was not good, for real!

Stumbled across this location a while ago, after eating at buffalo. We were so full we didn't order anything. The guy that was there was very nice and inviting. Even gave us a coupon. And today we came in and actually tried it and this place is soo good. 10/10.

Our favorite "go-to" for churros before or after a movie. They're simply the best I've ever had. The people behind the counter are always super nice and helpful. That's saying A-LOT as this location is always packed with people.

The funnel cake was fried well. It had good texture to it. I loved the funnel cake with just powdered sugar. The strawberry topping was not good. It tasted so-so, but the texture was awful. It wasn't a very smooth sauce. It seemed like there was too much thickener used, and it failed to resemble a sauce. I will try this place again to give the funnel cake sundae a try. The cost of adding whipped cream is rather high, considering it probably comes out of a can.

We ordered a funnel cake, and a churro Sunday and we could barely finish it all. It didn't help that we also had the Yelp check in and got an extra churro with the funnel cake. The churro was sweet, crunchy and really good. Makes Costco churros feel anemic in comparison. The funnel cake was everything you wanted in a sweet fried dough. I would definitely recommend getting a fruit topping of some sort to cut the heaviness that funnel cake is known for. Overall, we spent about and hour or so here and had a good time. The ambiance was quiet but decent as it was before closing. I'm glad we had a chance to try this place!

I bought their traditional churro and boy was it sweet! What I do enjoy is they make everything fresh and nothing is frozen besides their ice cream in which they have many flavors to choose from. The service was great but the deserts were a little too sweet for my liking so I willcome back again if I can share with a friend!

I had the pleasure of trying the funnel cake at a funnel cake house recently, and it was truly a delightful experience! The dough was flawlessly golden brown, and I appreciated the option to have the powdered sugar and berries on the side since I got it to go. I'll definitely plan to enjoy it on-site next time because the restaurant's inviting atmosphere. They are located on the north side of the mall, across from the movie theaters. I was also impressed by the professionalism of the young employees who not only provided great service but also gave me recommendations for my next visit.

Went there last night. Completely empty, waited for some employee to greet me or something. Nothing. I understand that it's the night shift but you still are getting paid to work. I don't know if they were on break or something but the girl was chatting up another employee in the back. The second hand embarrassment from this horrible customer service was too much to bear. She even got my order wrong . Now I understand why your tip jar had $0. If you don't want to work, please just quit. I'm sure someone else can do your job way better.
