The Habit Burger Grill (Drive-Thru)

I stopped by this Habit location tonight to get my wife her club sandwich. I have never visited this Habit location before even though I come to Northridge a lot so tonight was finally the time to try it out. This is one of the rare Habit to have a drive thru so I took advantage of that and I thought I made a good choice because there was only 2 cars in front of me. But I got stuck there for like 15 minutes because the car in front of me added new orders at the window and also had some of his orders wrong. I always use the mobile order and do store pickup so I'll likely stick to that moving forward. I got my wife her club sandwich and asked for bacon on the side along with no tomatoes. I also got her an order of French fries too. This drive thru only have 1 window where you pay and get your food. The brief interaction I had with the worker was great. My wife loved her food and they put the bacon in a side bag for me.

Vegetarian options: They have salad here.

Parking: There a small parking lot here and it can be hard to find a spot during the busy time.

Too much Mexican music coming from the kitchen. I get it, they want to feel comfortable. But, the sound is disrupting when ordering and dining combined

My husband ordered food. The sandwich was wrongly made. I drive back to the restaurant to get a refund and the manager that took down my name and number said would get a refund in 3 business days well that never happened. When you speak into the machine to order your food the person on the other end should be listening to what you are ordering so you get the right food

Friendly helpful staff and good food and drinks. Self order kiosk can be confusing especially if you want your burger a very specific way, but staff helped make it right.

One of my favorite burger places to go to but the location of this one is a bit restrictive to car traffic. The main street Reseda is always pretty busy and the entrance cuts through a bike lane. The drive through is barely long enough too as this is a smaller location. On the other hand it is more optimal if you live nearby as other food options are walking distance and there's plenty of them.

It's okay, but the burgers are too small for the big price.
