GOOD BOBA took me forever to find this place again since i looked up boba and this place didn’t come up. if you’re looking for good boba drinks and a quiet place to study this is it! 🙌🏽 especially since most cafes close between 6-8 but this one is open until real late!

Nice small bubble tea shop with group seating. The ambiance is nice but very college kid oriented with many murals in homage to all things LA. There is a learning curve with ordering and it is unnecessarily time intensive to order at the kiosk (only 1!), but service is pretty fast. Interaction with staff is meant to be minimal. Sizes of drinks are decent, although the prices are on the higher end (closer to $8!). They have cool offerings that are unique to this place, such as dalgona drinks, and the blueberry matcha. I got the strawberry matcha dalgona, which was pretty good and sweet, but not necessarily meant to be drank with a straw. I would come back for the other combinations and blueberry matcha, which has been good in my experience but very hard to find.

Pretty good food (4/5), absolutely abysmal customer service(0/5). It was really hard to get a hold of someone to ask questions, they immediately disappeared and then I had to call him again when I had a second question. When they let us know they were closing, it was in the rude as possible way I could imagine. If the manager cares, I hope you see this and train people differently.

The drinks look so good, I went in, made my first orde and saw one of those big roaches come out of the kitchen. So I left so dissapointed. I started my order and left mid ordering. It was gross and terrible.

I ventured in hoping to discover something new and went here on 24 Feb pbut the experience was a disaster! The service was appalling, the staff seemed irritable, and the food and drinks were a travesty. The flavorless, icy concoction they served was an insult to the concept of taste. To add insult to injury, the exorbitant price made it a bitter pill to swallow. I wouldn't dream of recommending this establishment. The combination of poor service, terrible drinks (especially the Boba), and a rude staff made it an unrecoverable failure. I wanted a refund, but the thought of interacting with the staff again was too daunting.
