Was looking for a place in Northridge to get some work done and stopped by here around 8:45 pm with a friend. The place was packed with students working on their laptops and they all left around 9:30/10 pm. Drink 4/5 Ordered a jasmine rose milk tea blended with honey boba. I asked for the drink to not be watery. The drink was so frozen that I finished all the boba and it still hadn't even melted. I brought this up to the barista and she was kind enough to remake it. However, she shared that they're out of Jasmine tea so I requested for a brown sugar milk tea. Both drinks tasted "alright". The boba was sweet which was nice but neither drink was mind-blowing. Service 4/5 Like I mentioned before the barista was kind enough to remake me a drink. However, she seemed ALL over the place. She seemed overwhelmed and was constantly running from the register to the back even though there was another person working in the back. Ambiance 5/5 I'm giving 5/5 because they have outlets, free wifi, and nice booths to sit and get some work done. They also have a very clean bathroom. However, once the group of students left, a group of young adults came in who had bought food from other vendors (taco from across and another place) and they were LOUD! There were about 8-9 of them and then my friend and I in the entire store and we couldn't focus on our work anymore and had to leave. I'm fully aware that this is not a place to be working from AND I also don't think that their level of noise was appropriate for a public place! Price 3.5/5 I paid $7.5 for an average boba drink which I think is quite up there in price and competes with other boba shops. Overall I would return if I'm in the area and looking for a place to get some work done but other than that, I wouldn't just come here for the boba!

Came in after dinner lunch nearby and I'm on the hunt for best boba in the valley. Place was empty and clean when I arrived. Had to wait a few minutes before anyone came to the front to take orders, but cashier was friendly. I opted for the passion fruit green tea with mango jelly, i wish they had rainbow jelly as an option. Flavor of the drink was good, the jelly seemed to have a thick layer of syrup around them that was overly sweet. Not pleasant but after a lot of good stirring it mixed in with the tea and was fine. I would give them another try and test out their milk teas next time.

Honestly too expensive for a mid/average quality boba, paying upwards of $8-$10 for a large drink with boba, which it should not be. If it was cheaper, than the place would be better because it is open until midnight for all the students from around the area to study. Overall, okay, better places around

The nicest worker helped me and made amazing conversation! Didn't quite catch their name but had a mullet with blonde streaks and a cute sanrio pin on their hat. Definitely telling everyone to come here !

Overall an ok place. I got the popcorn chicken there which was not as crispy as I expected. Service was okay because the person taking my order seemed a little annoyed. They have a lot of seating for everyone to enjoy. The boba was very typical, it did not stand out too much was still good.

I went to order my regular winter melon milk tea with chia seeds and white pearls aka crystal boba. The guy Carlo made it so quick and I think he made his order wrong with a different topping lychee jelly and remade a new one for me just in a millisecond!!! Gave me the correct one and let me keep the wrong drink. Oh my! Happiest customer on New Years Day! Happiest customer ever and I swear other places share tea nor ding tea wouldn't do that at all. At most they'll just remake you another new one and take back the wrong drink. Come on! Who wouldn't want a free drink? Thank you The ice bar for making customers very happy with their kind, phenomenal service!!!!! Always my favorite go-to boba place in Northridge for milk tea. And they opened on New Years; that was so sweet! For us boba addicts :D

I've ordered drinks here twice so far and I feel like I was disappointed both times. The first time I ordered a Winter melon milk tea and it did not taste like winter-melon at all, it just tasted like straight milk. The second time I decided to order a winter melon fresh tea (no milk) and once again it did not taste like winter melon, but when my straw was close to the bottom, it tasted like I took a huge sip of syrup. I got the feeling like they did not mix my drink at all. Overall, I feel like it might be the winter melon and the other drinks are not that bad, so there's a chance I will back to try something different.

Dang! This place is so slow.. 11/14 at 10:32 pm. No line at all.. bunch of highschool groups talking loud while drinking there boba slowly just to have a reason to stay here.. our drink is taking 40mins. We only order milk tea not even smoothies.. for the drinks I can say that my winter melon tea is really good. 7.5/10. Too much ice on it! Next time I'll tell them lite ice.
Small private lot with plenty of parking. The interior has a nice boba shop vibe with nice wall art of Los Angeles. The smell of fried foods was a bit off-putting though. They have a variety of drink options to choose from. 1. Dalogna Coffee (4.5/5) Very good coffee flavor and loved the foamy texture. Minus 0.5 stars because despite getting 0% sugar, it was still too sweet for me. 2. Signature Milk Tea with Red Bean and 0% sugar (3/5): It lacked tea flavor... it was mostly milky and sweet. The sugar must have come from the red bean, which they were generous on the amount they gave, but all the way too sweet. If I got anything but 0% sweetness level, it would be diabetes in a cup

For not being consistent with their boba's I would've given them 5 stars. But just been here yesterday and the week before and the boba's both time were hard. Some even as hard as a piece of rock . Please be consistent with making the boba soft..

Literally my favorite place to get boba! Workers have always been so nice and also will give suggestions when you ask or want to try something new. Service is always super quick and prices are decent. They always have a decent amount of options for food which are also great as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a great boba spot.
