Food was just ok. We had yellowtail roll with spicy tuna and jalapeño, they had to be the smallest jalapeños I’ve ever seen in my life, but the role was a good portion. We also got the seafood soup, and it was flavorful, not a lot of seafood, and the scallops were the smallest we’ve ever seen, must’ve been friends with a small jalapeños. It wasn’t too crowded and our waitress did take our orders in a timely manner, but the two on duty failed to check back in with us and we needed more water and we didn’t get wasabi and ginger. Can’t say I’d return.

Amazing culinary experience.
The sushi is very tasty and very fresh.
The best sushi restaurant in the Valley!
The service was great 👍
Love this place—definitely one of our go-to sushi spots!
We’ve been here multiple times, and every visit has been a great experience. The sushi is always fresh, tasty, and the prices are super reasonable. The restaurant recently went through a remodel, so the inside looks clean, modern, and really welcoming.
If you’re into tempura rolls, do yourself a favor and try the Tomo Tempura Roll (yep, named after the restaurant—it’s that good!). If you're more into fresh flavors, the Yellow Tail Delight is amazing. The jalapeño on top with the sauce adds the perfect kick.
My husband loves their sushi combo sets—each piece is always fresh and beautifully done.
Also, we tried the fried ice cream for dessert (recommended by our server) and wow… it was SO good. Perfect sweet ending!
Honestly, you can’t really go wrong with anything here. And if you’re having trouble deciding, just ask the staff—they’re incredibly friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving quality sushi in a clean and chill atmosphere.
We had a reservation for Mother's Day. We specifically mentioned that it was Mother's Day and a Sunday because Google still shows they are closed Sundays. Imagine our humiliation when we show up with our mom and there's a handwritten sign saying they're closed for Mother's Day. The food is great but I'll never forget feeling like we let our mom down.
The sushi quality is AMAZING. Especially for the price you are getting great quality. Staff was really nice as well. Will be coming back 👍
Food was great! But the service was better. If you stop by and get the honor of having Jerome as your server, you’ll know you’ll be taken care of. The food was soo good, I began devouring it without slowing down, that I started to choke . Luckily, Jerome was there to began using the Heimlich maneuver on me and was even willing to go an extra step and provide mouth to mouth CPR if needed. I enjoyed the rest of my meal after that and tipped generously. Upon leaving, I noticed two bad men at my car with my catalytic converter. Selflessly, Jerome dashed outside and tackled the suspects down and put one in a full Nelson until I retrieved my converter. Once the threat was neutralized, he even went as far as escorting me to my car and waiting for me to drive off. The last thing he told me was to text him when I got home. I’ve never felt more safe. I’ll never forget the service here from Jerome. He needs a raise. This place needs more Jeromes.
The food is impeccable, you can’t go wrong with the dragon roll. Jerome provided my friends and I with outstanding service. He went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. The atmosphere was amazing. 10/10 recommend, will be coming again !
I visited Northridge for the first time in a long time to eat for Mother's Day. The place to eat was Tomo Sushi, which reopened after 3 years. The restaurant was a bit bigger than before, and the food seemed to have been upgraded. It was so delicious that I ate without thinking, but when the last sashimi combination came out, I came to my senses and took a picture. It's a shame that my house is far away. I strongly recommend that those who are tired of cheap unlimited sushi come here once and enjoy various rolls and sushi.
