I ordered the largest Acai bowl and they complied with a bit more than half …(???)
What happened ?
Shortage of Acai ?
At least inform us !
Also , goji berries : a spoon of it on the large bowl .. are we kidding here ?
Is not the added items to correspond to the size ordered ?
Girl are always chatting in Spanish , don’t have eye contact with public …

Great açaí place in the valley. They have some great board games to play while you wait/eat.

Parking: It can be difficult to find parking in the afternoon/evening. You can try the street next to it but it might just take some time to find a spot.

As an avid acai fan who loves exploring new spots around town, Ubatuba Acai has been my go-to. Their bowls always hit the place, and for a long time, they kept things consistent. However, I’ve noticed a bit of a decline recently. The portions seem more minor, which is disappointing, especially at around $20 for a decent bowl. I also miss the original rewards program, which made the bowls more affordable and felt like a real perk. Now, the new rewards don’t offer the same value. That said, Ubatuba Acai is still a great place to get your acai fix, but they should consider bringing back the generous portions and rewards that made it such a standout before. I posted a screenshot of the rewards when you order online. It used to be spend 20 and get three off. Now it's wild, like spending 80 and getting 12, which they now tally.

I went on Sunday the guy who served me was not so friendly, I noticed he was stressed before I came and there was a girl who was very helpful

They were good and we been going there for years.
Lately they been very stingy on their portions.
We were ordering 6-7 orders at a time.
Not going there again.

as an advertised brazilian açaí place, the acai is not that great. I WILL SAY YEARS AGO, the acai was much much better, i don’t know why it’s not as good.

I told the girl bananas only and she entered strawberries only on all the bowls It was take out so i didn’t really see much until I was already the home. there was ZERO bananas. Two of them were FULL of strawberries after i had asked for two bowls the same way.. Not once did i say strawberries only. :/
