I came here the other day. But I noticed the usual lady whom I think is the manager was not there. That nice lady wears glasses and handles her business. She is a tone setter. The lady I dealt with was super slow and horrible at just about everything she did and she did it with minimal effort, purposely. No eye contact or acknowledgement, no nod no anything in-fact she actually walked away as I approached the counter. Now in her defense they have that new order machine where you place your order yourself. But not saying hi to a new customer is rude and this sabotages everything eIse she does from that point on. I hate that ordering machine. To me its useless. Its more time consuming and delays your order because it does not create urgency like ordering directly with a cashier. Personally that's a horrible idea and a way to lose customers who are on lunch breaks or just in a hurry. I shouldn't have to do your job. Plus who confirms they have the order and how do I know that. I'm expected to just wait randomly?? Now back to the lady. She had a line of people waiting say about 4-6 people. All who had ordered including me. The rude lady was on the phone with the other two co-worker ordering lunch. Nothing is moving nothing is being prepared. I watched the whole time with the side eye. Now while doing this, the rice was cooling down and the pre made plates were just sitting there and the grilled chicken in a pile on the counter cooling down after being half grilled, waiting to be cut. As a result the chicken was not grilled completely. (Salmonella) Which made it slimy to the taste and not grilled at all. The rice was cold by the time she plated everything. On top of all that. I could not get over her lazy attitude and the way she purposely slowly moved like she hadn't a care in the world. Meanwhile my plate of slimy chicken and cold rice and dry salad was tasteless. From now on if I come and see her, I'm leaving straightaway. Hate to complain but its obvious she does not want to be there; and it comes out in the food they serve when she's there. May also want to fix our food before ordering their lunch. It may be a god idea to order away from the view of waiting customers. Just saying....Thumbs down

I ordered extra chicken and steak, but instead of giving me extra, they just cut them into smaller pieces (almost shredded) to make it look like a bigger portion.
