Ordered through Uber eats. Multiple hairs found in burger. I try not to write bad reviews, but this was too obvious to not call out. I'm writing this in the hopes that this Wendy's will do a better job of cleanliness with their food preparation.

Manager greeted me then proceeded to ignore me for a long enough time to make the other employees feel uncomfortable. Finally an employee from the back came over and offered to take me order. This was in the morning so the restaurant was empty. No one else in line. The breakfast burrito with sausage was all around horrible. Wendy's do better!

I was served by Marcos. he was extremely rude when it came to ordering giving me attitude the whole time. then he messed up my order twice. 50. we came for the $0.01 Burger on international Burger day and after downloading the app like you said it wasn't even there we didn't even get it

Weirdly asked me to go into the parking lot and wait for my order instead of just staying in the drive through which had no people behind me. There are no marked spaces and the parking lot is incredibly tiny. I hate when fast food places ask you to do this just to artificially boost their drive through speeds.

They messed up every order we had! I asked for no mayo. Had it. It didn’t come with the bacon I ordered. Three other things all wrong. The order screen didn’t work couldn’t hear the lady. Don’t think I’ll be back to this Wendy’s

Robert is an amazing host he is really nice 🙂 he truly cares about the customer service he gives the clients especially on Mother's Day 💐 it was truly a nice dinner 🍽️🍽️ coming to Wendy's today I recommend guys come here the energy is relaxing in here plus the air conditioner is on 🙂😃

Terrible service. Manager Elvira is very rude. She shorted me with my refund, didn’t have my food prepared when I ordered it 40 minutes prior. She didn’t look at the mobile orders until I got to Wendy’s. As a manager shouldn’t you be checking mobile orders constantly?

The service was so nice here! I came here on a Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. on my way to a play. Then came back again at around 11:30 p.m. and the same guy was still there. The guy working the night shift by the drive-thru window was very sweet and kind and the food was hot and good. This is my favorite Wendy's in all of the valley. Shout out to the staff great job

Yummy, love this Wendy's location on Reseda & Devonshire. Staff is so nice and the food is great. Love the variety on the menu now, even the healthier selections. 🥗😋
