i usually love wetzels pretzels. i have since i was probably 5(?) and what i experienced today just didnt sit right with me. its my birthday, and i have the app with the birthday deal, but the lady at the counter said the scanner wasnt working or some bullcrap like that. i then daid something along the lines of, "cmon its my birthday. cant you just give it to me this time?" and she just refused. i would have given 4 stars before this (4 because they are hella expensive), but now 1 is the maximum.

It's good for a quick bite. Service is fast, and the servers are pretty friendly despite what I see in the reviews. Some of the food is already prepared for serving so you usually don't have to wait too long; the pizza bits are always a good choice and I tried the new frozen horchata and it was pretty good too!

I stopped by here with my wife when we were shopping inside Northridge mall. I saw the pizza Wetzel bitz ans wanted to try it. I thought it would be a little cheaper but the price was basically more than a whole pizza from a certain place. The Wetzel bitz was okay but I don't believe it was worth the price especially since you don't get that much. The staff working was friendly so that was the only highlight when I came here.

I visited the northridge location on 11/27/21 and as soon as I ordered the young lady in the back rolled her eyes , as if she was tired of taking orders , and they kept laughing not taking my order correctly and as I double checked my order the same young lady didn’t let me finish the order said “ yeah we got it” and when I asked for condiments she said it would be extra and I didn’t mind paying and she said don’t worry about and asked me to put my 5 dollar bill into the tip jar. I’m all about having a fun and positive work environment but there’s a time to play and there’s a time to be professional.

The pretzel bits have gotten pricier but went down in quality.. COAT EM RIGHT IN CINNAMON THEY DRY IN TASTE & TOPPINGS ! in the long run business is gonna go down and we might just buy elsewhere . Been stuck to wetzels forever and feel like the Aunt just might be getting my cash more often

The worst place ever! They burned my cheesy dog bites and I requested a new order. The lady that makes the pretzels was mad about it, but she rudely agreed to re-do my order. This time it took longer for my order to be ready. The staff is rude and had no social skills. Except for Juanita. Don't wasted your money here, believe is not the food is the staff! 44 minutes wasted for the incompetency of 2 employees. I guess is really hard to learn between burn and not burn foodUpdated: Juanita apologized about the whole incident and we got a free lemonade. Still not coming back but I appreciate the gesture.
