Can't do online orders for this location and they don't even answer the phone. So uh.. how the hell am I supposed to order from there? & Why are they even open? Just close this down if you're not going to make it convenient for your

Ordered for the first time to try it out but I will never order from them again. The chicken was very dry and the voodoo fries were so salty I felt I had to throw up after I tried them.The food was delivered cold also. Horrible and disgusting food! Never again!!

It’s placed in a kinda sketchy area but nothing crazy. Lots of online orders so the wait time is long. Workers r nice and friendly, wing stop wings r fire but idk abt they fries. I asked for well done on them and they were still soggy??♀️. They were kind enough to give me 9 wings even though i ask for a 6 piece, bless their heart.

the wings hit everytime at this location. always piping hot & super fast service. i always order a 6 pc bonesless wing but the chefs always throw in more wings for free, giving you 8-10 pc. these people need a raise.

Ordered from this location via UberEats. I generally grab takeout from the Canoga Park location but figured, what's the difference? Well, there was one. The Louisiana Rub (a dry flavor) arrived sitting in an inch of grease. The wings were soaking wet and mushy and the amount of fat was disgusting. Never experienced this before and will not order from this location again. Waste of $$.

This location moves quickly. My expectations arent high for chain restaurants, but their focus on speed while delivering a quality product nets them 5-stars. Only constructive feedback I have is to send someone out to clean the dine-in tables more frequently during peak hours so that guests don't have to clean them themselves. They have parking in the back, and you can enter from the back as well
No fries available, ordered just wings because combo isn't available i guess, but had to pay extra for ranch since I didn't order a combo, it does not come with ranch. Would avoid this location, first time I've ever been told that at wingstop.

I don't understand how there's so many complaints about this location not answering their phone yet management doesn't do anything to change it. This place is the absolute worst when it comes to service, unfortunately this is the most decent location nearby. Their food is pretty good considering it's a chain, but c'mon answer your phone!!! When they do answer, they have terrible attitude for no reason! Unless you go in there personally, save your time and call ahead to Fire Wings (better service and better selection).
