This place is always great. I don't know how to do it but no matter how much I eat I can't seem to get full here. Everything says so good. Definitely recommend anyone wanting great sushi to come and try this. The staff is always very nice as well.

Family-friendly place that's full of flavor. Stepping into this small but cozy restaurant never fails to deliver. My kids 9,7,6 years old always as us to come back. If you're a fan of fresh rolls and srent afraid of a little spice, then try the rising yellowtail roll. My kids go to favorite is the crunch. 5 stars from my family and I.

We found the valleys best hidden gem right down the street and we couldn't be more excited! We have a standing Friday movie night and decided to switch up the sushi spot and ended up here. We weren't disappointed. Not only was the sushi and fish an A+, but you're immediately welcomed and treated like family as soon as you walk in. Kris was our sweet waitress and was just the best. You guys rock!

Love coming here. I've come here on multiple occasions and am always treated like family. Servers are so attentive and friendly. The sushi chef has prepared all rolls and sushi so exquisitely. On a few occasions we have had the pleasure of receiving compliments of the chef. So delicious!

I passed by this place a few times and kept forgetting that I want to try them. So the day finally came, I was hungry, I remembered and I went.First visit was a prime eating time, had to go on the waitlist. It wasn't painful at all but I was surely HANGRY :-). Food - got a bento and a couple basic sushi rolls. The food was really tasty and I was very satisfied with the bento. The sushi rolls were good but I wasn't sure if they're the ones I actually ordered. It was a bit chaotic on the sushi coming out vs what is being served. But even with that mess, the service is really nice and very homey. Yellowtail sushi was fantastic and the spicy salmon roll (at least this is what I assumed I got) was the right amount of balance with it's fishy flavor and spice.Came here again on a late lunch a couple weeks later. Place is empty and I got to sit on a table rather than the bar compared to the last time around. Got the yellowtail and spicy salmon again to see if it still tastes good like last time.... Yes it is :-). I got a spider roll to try something else and it was really good. Big portions and prepared so well. I got something else I forgot what roll it is but it was also good. The owner gave me a couple sushi to try that's not on the menu - albacore with onions..... I'm still dreaming about it. It's so good!I bookmarked this place so if I'm in the mood for sushi or Japanese food in general and I'm in the vicinity, this is the place I'll go back to.

If you want great sushi, ya gotta move past the CA Roll and ask for Chef suggestions!! Be daring and have FUN! That can all happen right here! Love this place! Love the people! Owners AND customers! You will too!
Korean style sushi. It's okay.I try to support local businesses. There were occasions I came in, where the owners were bickering and made the visit uncomfortable. The sushi maker seems upset most times. And, If you love sauces all over your sushi? This isn't the place. If you just want sushi and other places are closed, and you want the craving satiated, Yanagi.Last trip reasonably priced.

Small place but has good tasty sushi rolls. I loved that they were very friendly and helpful with choosing a good dinner roll if you cannot makeup your mind. I had crazy girl room, crunchy Cali something like that. ? I loved that they had a kids' plate that was served with a slice of watermelon ?
