My husband and I usually go during happy hour for their poke nachos and crispy brussel sprouts but have tried a few other things. Everything we've tried has been delicious but occasionally varies in preparation quality. We went on March 18th and ordered the poke nachos but they were not as good. The portion was a lot smaller than usual, so we decided to order another one. The second one came out great (I included a picture of the one prepared correctly) and that's when we realized they left off ingredients from the first one sent. They were still good but it was interesting that the two plates were that different. We didn't mention this to our waiter and I'm sure they would have been accommodating but maybe plates should be checked for quality before they're delivered?
Another note, we usually sit at the bar but we got a table the last time since the bar was packed. We were obviously fine with this but the cleanliness was extremely lacking. The menus had food on them and greasy fingerprints. I'm also not sure why the booths are never wiped down?? The tables are cleaned but the food just lands on the seats. Then you're wondering what else isn't cleaned, look around, and notice all the other spots that aren't wiped down. So gross.

Seated quickly. 3 people came by saying welcome will be with you shortly. Long Island Iced Teas solid. Smoked Old Fashioned was the best. I had Crispy Szchuan beef and noodles. Taste buds danced and belly said no more room! Grilled shrimp Tacos tasty. No problem getting the burger with a lettuce wrap.

No seats way too crowded parking was a nightmare. I didn't stay . I've been to several of these restaurants n thr LA area. There are many. Basic food and expensive drinks. It's good if your boss is paying.

Coming from someone who's been in the industry, this is the worst. Bathrooms are worse than a night club, fries served cold, hair on the rim of my drink and the bar tender doesn't apologize and serves me again in the same cup, after removing the hair. How is this place still popular?

Nice for games, chill vibe but to me the food isn't really that good. Could be so much better. They have these premade wings like the frozen crap that they sell in grocery stores. It's too easy to buy party wings and just make them from scratch. Lazy cooking and I hate chefs that fry naked wings. It's such a cooking foul

I've been here numerous times, and service has been hit or majority of the time a miss. Grateful NEF has shown exceptional customer service, even when slammed with orders during a Sunday football game.

I went there for the house cheese stake sand. Will be my third one in the last month and a half. I love them. Tonight......way to salty....sad....drove from simi valley.
