This is my favorite yoshinyo in the whole valley! It is very clean and the customer service is soo good! Amy the cashier is always so nice and respectful! And Ramon, the cook, make the food delicious every time! Highly recommend this location!

Went in 40 minutes before closing time employee said that they were not serving anymore food. You guys should change your closing time if customers are no longer going to get attended

If it was for Me I wouldn't even give this location 18441 Nordoff Blvd Northridge ca,91325 1 star The cashier Here was very very Rude I spend $59.62 Dollars Tonight 04/29/2025 at 8:36 pm I ask the cashier for 8 soy sauce and 25 ginger and 25 chili powder and She Refused to give me wath I ask Her For she Told me that the Manager Tells Her to just Give 4 condiments per meal so I told Her that I Never Have or Had a Problem in other yoshinoya store so she only gave me what ever she wanted too she Didn't even Gave me chili powder like I asked Her Too so I asked her and she Refused To give me anything else and she told me to Go tomorrow if I have a problem and Then She started telling Me Bye Bye See you I felted Like she clicked me out witsh she Did kicked me out I Thin that's very unprofessional And Rude and Very Bad customer service from Her so I asked Her for Her Name and she also Refused to Tell me Her Name of what I know all Employees Have to Have a Name tag with her uniform and she Didn't even have a Name tag on her at All she just Treated me Bad Because I Didn't gave Her a tip Because she even have a cup on the counter that says Tips woow She is acting Rude To who ever she sees that Don't give Her Tips that's very Bad for This yoshinoya Business she is Make your Business look bad kicking customers out so they Don't ever Go back in the Future and that's will be Me that I will Never Never Go Back to this place ever again and I will Tell friends and family for them Not To Go to this Yosinoya this cashier should Get fired for Good👎👎👎😡😤

Food was ready in one minute, (the combo was previouly prepared for another customer and was behing the counter), walk to my car and found out they have given me a cold meal, went back to the restaurant, complained and they gave a new meal. Went home to eat it, tasted funny not even my dog wanted to eat it. Next day spoke with an employeed (V) who told me to go back and get my money back. When I went there I took the box full of un-eaten meal and was told that all I wanted was a free meal. I paid $14.00 + for that meal that was refused by my dog. I do not recommend eating at this place.

I love eating the food here. But today on Valentines Day I found a long hair in my food. I thought it was the stringy beef. I had to spit it out. I’m not sure if I will eat there again. Please cover your hair.

Dang, your cashier is so rude ...you know which one!!!.... especially when you ask for things on the side....there is a reason for that especially for take out...so it won't be soggy .....and of course when u use coupon ..u get half of of normal price...it's very obvious especially when the rude cashier yells to the guy in the back....so mean so rude! Yoshi get some cashiers that aren't mean and rude! It's awful!

Always quick to receive my food (about 5 minutes or less) and it tastes delicious every time I get it. My favorite meal is the teriyaki chicken and beef combo with veggies. The large original gyudon beef bowl I got is also a classic.
