The cashier is very rude. We sat down to eat. They were not allowing us to dine in at 911 p.m. when they close at 10 p.m. we were very hunger and were treated horribly. She assumed our order was to-go.At 9:37, we were halfway done eating , once again, she was being rude. Locking the door saying we're closed, you need to go. It escalated from there, and she stuck her middle finger up at my boyfriend. He got that on video.

I ask for the chicken and veggies on the side and the guy start saying why did I ask to put the food separate if everything was going to the same place he was mad he even ask the chef to put less rice hopefully the manager can see this and do something about

Yall hurting or something? Why you skimping out on the over cooked over boiled beef? I order a large and it's the same fcking amount of beef as a small and why is the beef sooooooooooookoooooo over cooked? The onions are disintegrating into the beef over shriveled up beef that's almost like beef jerky. OVERCOOKED FOODS NOT GOOD

What happened? The food used to be great and now it is awful. I ordered 2 large bowls. My husband and I both could hardly eat it. The vegetables were raw. The beef was lukewarm warm and not cooked. They had a sign at the register that the app was not working. The cashier had an attitude of like I couldn't care less. Doesn't corporate care about these places anymore?

I came here(not realizing it was Yoshinoya...my fault for not looking at sign, because I actually thought it was a Tokyo Fried Chicken place, I originally came to this center for Fishbowl Poke, and learned that they had suddenly closed down, I was just there last week), as I was bummed about Fishbowl Poke, but I was still hungry, so I spotted Tokyo Fried Chicken on front door, on way back to car(hence not noticing the Yoshinoya sign). Anyways, I think food is too salty, and they piled the plate with rice, not meat/chicken. Service was eh...not too friendly. Sigh. And yet, Fishbowl Poke closed down?!? Sniff sniff. People were so nice at Fishbowl Poke and food was yummy.

Ordered chicken bowl and it only had 4 strips of thin slices. Wtf. Must be recession portion lol. Service was ok and inside ambience is not bad either.
The cashier was unprofessional rude and she has an attitude they should fire her ,she doesn't know customers service,they train their employees because they can't even speak English ,they need to learn they always ,the management and the owner need to step up because it's bad for their image they have new employees every time and they have different rules ?? it's so sad that I experienced like ,I go to other yoshinoya and they have good service this one is I don't recommend

I love the regular combo bowl with white rice, mixed veggies, Teriyaki chicken and Gyudon beef! It’s my all-time favorite dish! Terrific service here but the employees are often overwhelmed through no fault of their own. My #1 restaurant! ??

I love the food here. I do not like their usual service. And what I do not like the most is seeing on their door is they are open to 10 pm and their app says open to 11 pm, but to show up at 9 pm and they are closed. What a waste of time. Funny thing is, I had a feeling this place was going to do something like this.
