Lack of service. When I first went awhile they were fast paced on their feet. Keep up with the customers with any drinks,Napkins Etc. I was there the other day. When I’ve asked for my water at the end of the meal I’ve never got a drink. I’ve ended up buying my drink at the bar. Why wait if there’s a bar in front of me.

Alana at Applebee's is an absolute gem! She’s super friendly, always greets you with a big smile, and makes you feel right at home. Her service is on point—quick, attentive, and she never misses a beat, even when the place is packed. She recommended some great menu items, and her energy just makes the whole dining experience so much better. If you’re at Applebee’s, ask for Alana—you won’t be disappointed!

Good food. They got my burger wrong but it was fixed. Server was very helpful and apologized for the error. Manager was a little rough in her customer skills but did discount a little for the error. All in all, it was okay.
