Don’t go if you’re a teen they won’t give you service unless you ask and will stare you down a lot, the customer service was terrible!!!! My friends and I were heavily discriminated for being young and dressed comfortably. They were staring us down the whole time and we couldn’t even eat in peace. Especially that guy in the blue dressed shirt, white male, couldn’t stop staring at us. The servers were pretending to clean up just to stare us down. The food was cold too.

I had a really disappointing experience at Applebee’s. The customer service was horrible—staff were inattentive, and it took a long time to get help. On top of that, the food was cold when it arrived, which made the meal unenjoyable. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

We (a trio of ladies) chose this Applebee’s for a little reunion dinner after a movie night, and we’re so glad we ended up here! It was one of the few places still open around 9 PM, and it turned out to be the perfect spot.
We were greeted by Gerardo, who set the tone for the night with his kindness and professionalism. He gave us plenty of time to look through the menu and even pointed out the best deals without ever making us feel rushed. Despite his device acting up, he handled everything quickly and smoothly. Throughout the evening, he checked in on us at just the right moments to make sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed a relaxed, fun reunion dinner. We’ll definitely be returning soon! Please give a big thank-you to Gerardo for making our visit so easy, enjoyable, and for sharing a laugh with us when he heard our wild stories as he walked by!! Thank you so much Gerardo and I hope you enjoy the holidays! :D

Definitely would return, food is great, prices are too when ordering the deals. They have a pretty nice variety of food, and it never takes to long to get to the table. I like that there is a mix of all ages, it definitely has a classic restaurant feel or what my expectations if going out to a restaurant would be.

Walked in at 1:30 in the afternoon- place only had one guest. Didn’t even get a menu and they wanted to see IDs before even getting service. The county clerks office is across the street- explained my ID got stolen but I got my birth certificate and ssc and a picture of my ID to match- the manager didn’t even want to look at it or hear my out. Just said no. If I was trying to do underage drinking this sad atmosphere Applebees would not be the place.

I was impressed by how clean and organized the restaurant was.
Will not return walked in at 12:10 and was waiting 30 before the drinks and salad came sat for 20 more minutes no entry yet had to leave 50 minutes and still no food! Terrible service very dissatisfied my wife was left hungry and back to work. Will spread the word u need 2 hrs probably ridiculous.
