Upon walking into the Applebee's I was greeted by the hostess she was very wonderful and she made me feel welcome. The manager then proceeded to tell me that my online mobile order could not be processed because I did not order food with my drinks. My order was refunded back to my card and I wasplaced at the bar to order my food online through the mobile app. My margarita was mild to light to taste, my beer batter fish was falling apart off, and I was no longer interested in eating any more food coming from this restaurant.

My food was not made the way they usually make it... I always order the chicken tenders and pasta and the cream in the pasta was super watery... yuk!!! And our server had zero personality... I felt like a robot was serving us... I don't think I'd visit this one ever again.
