Ordered a cake for my son online. The day of the pick up an hour and half before i get a text that Amazon hadnt delivered the toy topper yet . He said it was going to be late. An hour after my pick up time they text me it was ready. I went iver and it wasnt ready. The guy came in 5 minutes later with the package and the lady started adding it to the cake. She drops the toy car to the floor . Than she writes the message i asked for with different color from the one i asked. The writing was unreadable. The box was small and smashed the lettering. I told them the cake was all deformed and didn’t even look like the one on the picture. They offered to use another cake they had and add the toys on top of that one. I accepted because the other one the frosting was all messed up and they had ran out of those colors. They gave me the other cake but it wasnt ready all bad. Dont buy cakes here. This Baskin Robbins sucks!! I ordered a picture cake for pick up at 1pm and I arrived at 2pm, only to be told by the lady behind the counter that she cant find my cake. She made some calls and then has me waiting for 30 minutes, claiming her printer isn't working and that someone is on the way with the picture I ordered so they can place it on the cake. Don't order your cake here. You're not gonna get it. I ended up leaving without a cake.

The flavors are delicious and the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience fantastic.Davi, the manager who works in the morning is amazing! The vibrant atmosphere and attention to detail make it an awesome place for indulging in sweet delights. 10/10, my taste buds are still thanking me!

Looks like they remodeled a little so forget the Tuesday Family Night special they had. Took my kids for a treat on Tuesday only to find it gone so no more trips for us since the prices are too high. My kids can get an Oreo shake from Jack in the Box or Wienerschnitzel instead for $5 instead the $20 I would pay here for the scoops. Mom & Dad will just miss out.
