The flavors are delicious and the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience fantastic.Davi, the manager who works in the morning is amazing! The vibrant atmosphere and attention to detail make it an awesome place for indulging in sweet delights. 10/10, my taste buds are still thanking me!

I wanted to treat myself to an ice cream sundae but a couple of bites in I found a long, thick, and black strand of hair in my sundae. It almost seemed like it was placed on their intentionally. Absolutely disgusting.

Today I really wanted a treat. I needed a little pick me up. The two young ladies on shift greeted us cheerily. They informed us of the buy 1 get 1 free sundae special through this Sunday, 5/7. Priscilla and Evelyn were very kinda and welcoming. They made great recommendations. I sampled their new flavor, the strawberry dragon fruit. It was really good. The store was clean and ice cream well stocked. Evelyn asked me how my week was and was very helpful. These 2 wonderful young ladies are 1 week into their new job and are doing great so far! Keep up the great work and I recommend trying the new flavors.

Looks like they remodeled a little so forget the Tuesday Family Night special they had. Took my kids for a treat on Tuesday only to find it gone so no more trips for us since the prices are too high. My kids can get an Oreo shake from Jack in the Box or Wienerschnitzel instead for $5 instead the $20 I would pay here for the scoops. Mom & Dad will just miss out.

I came in to the store on February to order a cake for my son party. I took I picture how I wanted to look they assured me they can do it. The day of the party. I had someone pick it up and he didn't check how the cake looks. Idk if they truly didn't know have to do it or they didn't care. The cake part was tasteless and ice cream was ok.For the money I paid is not worth it and it look embarrassing.

Don't come to this Baskin Robbins. Especially if you have a coupon. They scan it, have the computer error it out. Then get the manager to rescan. Manager then scans it again, says it's already been used and laughs in your face. Second time they try to run this scam on me. Buyer beware at this store.

Came to this location multiple times and sometimes had a problem with the servers attitude, they just seem like they don't want to be there and honestly that's not my problem. But anyways they need to update their hours because why does yelp and the sign on the door say they close at 10 but if you pull up at 9:20 the doors are locked?
Tried picking up a cake for a birthday and they weren’t open like their hours stated. I waited for 20mins to see if they were late. I had to go somewhere else

I wish I could give them better ratings but they seriously deserved zero star I order some shake and they were more like milk shakes than ice cream shakes. I have no problem paying them up but I don't like my shakes like the way they made mine. When I came back to the store and complain he was giving me excuses why the shake don't come right when I know it taste nothing like what I order previously . I like to support local business however will never come to this location.
