Boba loca does not care about their customers. When drinks are messed up or taste bad it’s THEIR FAULT. Not a customers. They REFUSE to allow you to change the drink or receive a refund. The owners are very aggressive. DONT SUPPORT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS! Just dispute through your bank if this happens to you! Maybe one day they will be nicer to customers who are the ones supporting their business.

Have 3 only because they are so darn rude!! I ordered and stood off to side but I guess not far enough for the woman behind the register because she very rudely began saying go over there was no need to a very dusty corner... I just waited outside. I will never return. Customer service? There is none.
