I go here sometimes after eating at the Korean BBQ sometimes. Terrible customer service, rude girl at the front was smiling on her phone then when I came in and other customers came in she frowned and never smiled after. Didn't want to fix a drink she did wrong until I insisted it should be. Was annoyed the whole time. She was a young Hispanic girl and was on her phone while serving. Drink was decent.

Horrible Customer Service. We ordered many drinks and most were great, but when we tried the Jasmine Milk Tea it was very watered down. We politely asked for some more sweetener, sugar, or something to fix it, but they refused to do anything about it leaving us with a full cup of tasteless tea with no refund

Horrible customer service. My sister got a drink that tasted unexpectedly awful although shes gotten it multiple times before and when asking the girl at the front, she was turned down multiple times for a switch and was denied even a simple sugar packet to help sweeten it. Extremely disrespectful and careless attitude shown by the worker.

Friendly dude at the register. Clean environment. I'm not a boba guy (daughters are), so I was glad they had yogurt options - total of 5. I had the blueberry flavored one, which was really good although too sweet for me. In all, I'm pleased.

Short version, it's a no for me. Long version: I ordered a lemonade with boba, a Thai tea, and a chocolate tea with boba. All the drinks were watered down. The milk teas tasted like they were made from a powdery substance. The lemonade did not taste like real lemons and reminded me of the Flav-Aid, knock off, Kool-Aid power without sugar. The boba was old, hard to chew, but also slimy. 😑 I tried each drink and could not stomach any of them. Unfortunately, I poured them out wasting 16 dollars. 😠Far as the service, the person working was not very welcoming but also not mean. I'm the type to start a great convo with a stranger but this interaction left me looking at my phone until the order was ready. I'm sad that this didn't work out and I'm not willing to ever give them another shot.

Boba loca does not care about their customers. When drinks are messed up or taste bad it’s THEIR FAULT. Not a customers. They REFUSE to allow you to change the drink or receive a refund. The owners are very aggressive. DONT SUPPORT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS! Just dispute through your bank if this happens to you! Maybe one day they will be nicer to customers who are the ones supporting their business.
