This use to be the spot for breakfast but lately since there seems to be new workers the food and service has gone down. The pancakes are horrible taste like nothing but flour and the customer service is awful. The lady that takes orders is so rude, no smile and very unwelcoming. Please teach these ladies to cook and retrain them on their customer service. Thank you!!!

Today,09/05/24, around 9 A.M, I passed to buy some chilachiles. The cashier was rude, she treats the customer bad, ignores when a customer asks something, doesn't answer what you ask her, she doesn't pay attention when taking your order, "supposedly", she's all for customer service. Instead, she has a bad face for customers. Please pay more attention to this cashier.

There’s a reason why this place is a ghost town. Took nearly 20 minutes to get my order (I was the only customer) and they managed to get my order wrong and the food was just a disappointment. I’m sticking with Tams burgers over this place.

Wow! I don't know how this place is in business! This was the 1st time ever ordering here, and it will be the last! The cashier was not only rude, but also appeared to be so high that he can barely speak! He kept repeating everything I was saying, plus seemed to have a chip on his shoulder for some unknown reason. I'm bilingual, and spoke to him in both English and Spanish, but realized he was more comfortable with Spanish, so I stuck to that, then he kept trying to prove to me he can speak English! I couldn't care less, bro! I just don't want your attitude!The place was empty, for good reason!If you're the owner, and you're reading this, GET A BETTER CASHIER and the business will increase its profit. Keep losers, and enjoy the debt! ??♂️

Got a machaca burrito and had to go back to get my right ordered machaca burrito. Primarily they get orders wrong and secondly the state of the inside of the burrito was horrible. There was more beans than machaca, which kind of defeats the purpose of a machaca burrito. Also, the flavor of the burrito was not that great or satisfactory.

I am so glad to have found this place right down the street from my workplace. They have the best breakfast burritos in the city and they even made me and my coworker Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes. Daniella and Salvador are both very attentive and sweet. I will always stop by and grab a burrito and coffee if I am ever in the area. If you haven’t been here before, definitely stop by on the weekend. They also have a pick up counter and a drive thru if you are on the go!
