"I recently had a disappointing experience at the Burger King location at [location]. I placed an order online for a chicken sandwich and, noticing no one in the drive-thru, decided to wait in my car for about five minutes before heading inside to pick it up. When I walked in, I saw a couple of employees in the back chatting, and no one acknowledged my presence. I stood at the register for at least two minutes before a young man finally approached me. It turned out they hadn't even noticed my order on the screen, so my chicken sandwich hadn't even started getting made. This was despite there being no other customers and the two employees being too engrossed in their conversation. There was no apology or explanation for the delay. This lack of customer service was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the experience for future customers."

The dinning area is so depressing and ordering the food, you never see customers eating inside. That use to be the hip place in the mid 80's and early 90's always pack and better workers. I miss the old days.
