To be honest idk how this popped into my Yelp recommendations. Maybe I was looking for white aka as guerito menudo. Decided to go check it out after all the reviews. I was there straight up 8:00on a Saturday morning. Service was fast and they are very friendly. The environment was more of a home style backyard very clean and welcoming. I was need up taking 1 1-2 lbs of fresh carnitas and 1/4 of the mix. Brought them home for everybody to enjoy, and they sure did. I will be back this weekend for the Menudo and I'll keep you guys updated. I do remember them saying they have red white hominy no hominy Pata and other items.

AMAZING food! I came with my entire family and we had their tacos dorados, menudo rojo and birria de chivo. There are no complaints, all three plates had great taste. We will definitely be back NOS ENCANTO!!
