This is a well-deserved review! We ordered lunch for our employees at a pizza place. Unfortunately, the ovens broke down, so my order was cancelled, and I did not find out until I went to pick up the pizzas. Not good! I rushed to Chick-fil-a asking if they could please fulfill a 35-meal order. Nat & Bri were so accommodating and fulfilled my order within 20 minutes! They were not bothered at all with my last-minute request. Excellent customer service! Unfortunately, this is not too common these days. This is definitely our go to spot for future company lunches. :) Thank you, Chick-fil-A Norwalk, for feeding a bunch of hungry employees today!
Where do I even start? A fantastic staple in the Norwalk area. Great food and great service! I love coming here for that mac and cheese. I am a regular here because of the tasty food paired with the friendly staff.

The cashier was very rude and inconsiderate, and seemed like she didn't like working or disliked her job or something...It was first time visiting this location, sadly because of her bad customer service we are not happy at all...never coming back.

This morning I go pick up an order for my wife and son. One regular Chick-fil-A biscuit and one spicy. When I get back home a mile and a half later they gave me one spicy biscuit clearly marked and one spicy biscuit in a regular wrapper. Now I have a hungry angry wife I have to drive back and the guy offers no apology or would you like a drink for your inconvenience.

Food is always good here. Been coming here for about 4 years. They've only gotten my order wrong once. They immediately corrected it with no issues, and made sure my next visit was going to be good as well. (Won't go into details)
