Great customer service and amazing food. The Cheesy Curry Fries are a must try! The Kimchi Fried Rice was also great. The atmosphere is also fun and vibrant and it's relatively affordable. This is a great place for friends and family to share drinks and food.

Bulgogi was delicious and the waffle fries were really good. I'm not particularly into K-pop, but it made for a fun atmosphere. The server was very friendly. The robot server that brought us our water was a fun surprise.
Kid-friendliness: Perfectly fine to take your children here. I'm sure they'll enjoy the music.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and plenty of parking.

Little to no wait.I came on a Friday at 7pm with a party of 8, and we walked right in.The service is attentive.They have call buttons on the tables so you can ask for service, and the waitstaff come right away. They also have robot waiters to help with smaller orders of drinks/plates/napkins etc.The menu is a bit more limited compared to similar locations, but the quality of those items are good. The fries and wings come out very crispy.We did not feel rushed out at all.Gratuity was included in our bill.If I was nearby, I would revisit again.

The service was absolutely great and the food was extremely delicious as usual. They had accidentally messed up our order but we didn't really notice because it was still so delicious and they gave us a free beer and fries to make up for it. I recommend trying this place especially if you're in a group. The food is easily sharable.
Parking: There is a free parking lot but there are 1 hour spots except for the ones in front of the restaurant.

The fried chicken was amazing! Like nothing I've ever had. The fries we're surprisingly good too, almost outdoing the chicken! Friendly polite and attentive staff! The Robot server was a little rude, and not very talkative haha. I'm joking he was so cool!! And yes they have an actual robot server he brought us water and napkins, so cool!

With loud music videos but still can have a conversation while in semi private booths with low walls.It's known for beer and fried chicken.We ordered bulgolgi plate with rice and whole chicken.. Americans cut chicken into 8 pieces with bones. But these were cut into like 16 pieces with an odd mix of some with some without pieces of bone. We good sweet spicy then waiter suggested original.. he kept warning about the spicy level which wasn't hot. And original that had no flavor. Meh. Ok just but amazing imo. Bulgolgi was good and Terra beer.. left satisfied

Chicken tenders were incredibly juicy and double fried and fries were perfectly crispy! Also did the kimchi rice ball where they give you gloves and you form your rice ball yourself. It tasted amazing. I was too full when I got the and still ended up eating meat of the meal or group was supposed to be splitting.
