Great customer service and amazing food. The Cheesy Curry Fries are a must try! The Kimchi Fried Rice was also great. The atmosphere is also fun and vibrant and it's relatively affordable. This is a great place for friends and family to share drinks and food.
Bulgogi was delicious and the waffle fries were really good. I'm not particularly into K-pop, but it made for a fun atmosphere. The server was very friendly. The robot server that brought us our water was a fun surprise.
Kid-friendliness: Perfectly fine to take your children here. I'm sure they'll enjoy the music.

Little to no wait.I came on a Friday at 7pm with a party of 8, and we walked right in.The service is attentive.They have call buttons on the tables so you can ask for service, and the waitstaff come right away. They also have robot waiters to help with smaller orders of drinks/plates/napkins etc.The menu is a bit more limited compared to similar locations, but the quality of those items are good. The fries and wings come out very crispy.We did not feel rushed out at all.Gratuity...
