Visited this Chipotle on Thanksgiving Eve and they were running a buy-one-get-one deal, so I grabbed two bowls. The service was quick and efficient, and the ingredients tasted fresh as usual. The portion size was generous, and everything was well-seasoned. Even though it was a busy day, the staff handled the line smoothly. Convenient location on Imperial Hwy and a solid spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

Updated review 3 years later: It's 7pm and out of barbacoa. Then they have the audacity to look at me like I'm the asshole for canceling my order and walking out since they're out of barbacoa 3 hours before they close.

Food was absolutely disgusting. How are you going to charge someone $21 and give them that crap? Carne asada was completely dry and someone literally put like 10 chips in a large chip bag. I understand y’all do small portions now but that crap is ridiculous. And tell your staff to give receipts not just toss them in the trash in front of guest when they ask for one.

I love Chipotle, and this location never disappoints. The service is always friendly, quick, and efficient, and the staff really go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. The food is fresh and delicious every time, and the place is kept clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the better Chipotle locations I’ve been to!

I couldn’t enjoy my meal because the person making my food was drenching in sweat and saw his sweat drip into my bowl. I asked for another bowl but the instead of doing that he apologized and continued working on the same bowl. Service was really slow too. It did not seem like any of them wanted to work there. Chipotle is getting expensive and service experience is declining.

I was hesitant to come to this location because of the recent reviews but I needed to make my own judgement so I ordered on the app and picked it up at the drive thru. The drive thru attendant was pleasant and had it ready. When I got home and opened the bag, my order was neatly placed with a napkin and fork on top. The bowl was just as I ordered with the right amount of ingredients that I requested. It all tasted fresh. No complaints at all!
