It's a good place for eating something that's good and that you'll like.
Kid-friendliness: This place is certainly kid-friendly.

Visited this location today and got very generous portion. Food was fresh too. No complaints.

Some of the ingredients were dry, the chicken was stale. However, my biggest complain is how stingy the employees were with portions, like I asked for double meat and it looks like I only got one serving. Wouldn't reccomend going to this location there are much better locations that are much less stingy and are overall better in quality.

ordered via uber eats and was not really satisfied with what I got, considering it was done on-line I feel like they were stingy with the serving portions. the meal was edible and tasty but just not too happy with the food portions. this location does deserve the 3/5 rating, barely any protein was given and like a drop of cheese! this is crazy ahhaha, im gonna give it 2 stars.

I went in yesterday and all the ingredients were dried up and stuck to the containers so I asked the guy do you guys have fresh beans because we will be ordering 3 bowls, the guy responded with thats all we have right now. I just said ok thanks and the staff continued talking about among themselves without a care in the world, it was 2 young guys, never again! So I took my business elsewhere right across to chick fila.

Staff wanted to leave early so they stopped making white rice, pinto beans, barbacoa, guac, mild salsa and who knows what else.s this was more than an hour and half before l closing. Super unprofessional, the person making the burritos asked the cook to make more rice and he said no he’s not making more.
So upset that I said you know what no thank you and didn't even get anything. The employees were rude about it and clearly talking about it.
9/28/24 8:15 pm. Worst chipotle ever these guys need to figure out ordering to staffing because it seems like they never have stuff according to other reviews. I don’t know why they try to act and look like they are closed at 8 pm. Seems like nothing is being done about the employee behaviors as all comments and reviews are the same. Go to any other Chipotle, in fact food at the pizza place next store is great go there instead. Shout out to Mountain Mike’s pizza for being nice above all else.

They are never prepared for business. I came yesterday they had no guacamole. I came today the quesadilla machine is broken. If you guys can't afford to be open maybe you should make some space for a business that can sustain it's self better
Terrible attitude classic place that seems to be doing you a favor. And the cherry on the cake, they didn't have barbecue meat.

We went to this Chipotle three times around 8 pm, and each time they were out of basic ingredients like guacamole, lettuce, pico de gallo, and cheese. Even though they’re supposed to be open until 10:30 pm, the employees start putting things away after 8 pm like they’re closing early. It’s frustrating and unprofessional.
The first time, we let it slide and ate our food without guacamole or pico de gallo—the food was still good, and the employees were polite. But when it happened a second and third time, we were disappointed.
Last night around 8:30 pm, we gave them one last chance, but they were out of guacamole, cheese, and lettuce again, so we left and ate at Chick-fil-A instead.
We still like Chipotle, but we’re done with this location. From now on, we’ll be driving to the Chipotle in Cerritos, Whittier, or Downey.
Hopefully, corporate or the franchise owner steps in and addresses this with the manager and employees because right now, this location just isn’t worth wasting your time. Sad.

Food servings improved a little. However, they need to work with the staff to provide faster service. It's always 1 person serving the food and the cooking, while 3 other employees are standing on the side and doing nothing by just pacing back and forth.

It’s 8:30pm and they are out of steak, cheese , guacamole, and salad dressing!!! I was told they had a “big order in the morning.” I’m sorry, it’s 8:30pm and they close at 10pm. This is poor management from what I see. They could have better prepared for this morning order or at least they could have told me from the beginning before I ordered that certain things were out instead of telling me when I was actually telling them what ingredients I wanted!
And the service could have been waayyy better too. There was one guy cooking and another serving along with a girl.. the girl was rude and acted like she was in a rush.
No wonder this only has 1 star. First and last time here…Next time, I’ll stick to Cerritos area and avoid Norwalk location all together!!

4:45 pm and Rice and sour cream were out. On the top the server (she) had horribly dry attitude. End result was a almost half of a chicken bowl. But who cares?
