I love chipotle and have gone to multiple ones but this one is terrible.I ordered double chicken and they gave me one scoop because they were out of chicken and charged me as double.Not only was it expensive the meat was salty and unbearable.

First time, this happens to me 3/4/24 6:50pm and I find white and brown rice, both very little in the containers, they are even scraping it with the spoons, I order steak, nothing empty, and looking at the rest now very little in everything, I like to come to any Chipotle, I think that the managers have to be more careful in that sense, one leaves a little disappointed, but I am not going to stop going for my food, I only ask, be more careful in That sense, thank you, and sorry for the bad wording, this happened at the Imperial Hwy Avenue branch in Norwalk,

First time I have this experience I chipotle so many times and he’s the first time I come to chipotle and I request a bowl in the person who was serving putting half of the spoon and everything I requested I know supposed to be at least the whole spoon, but they didn’t know only half of itfor $16 half of a spoon everything really now 3:00 pm

every single time i order here online, they forget atleast one item and provide extremely small portions. dont think ill be coming here again

Went there on a Saturday evening, 2 hrs before closing. They were out of white rice, mild salsa & Pico de gallo. I was told they would not be making anymore that night.I've had the carne asada before (at a different location) but this one seemed overcooked & dry. Glad i added guacamole to help it out. $17 for a bowl seems too much, especially with several topping items not being available. Maybe mid-day hours they're better stocked.Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor. No stairs.

This Chipotle establishment appears to be quite stringent regarding portion sizes, as they provide what seems to be child-sized servings to adults while charging full price. The customer service is notably subpar, giving the impression that the employees lack enthusiasm for their work. It's possible that the staff is overworked or that management instructs them to be frugal with portions.I remain optimistic that they can enhance their service, especially considering the proximity to the gym, making it an ideal spot for post-workout lunches.

I've been coming to this spot since they opened back a few years ago, since it's next door to my go-to gym. Always had decent service, but in the past few months, they've been cutting corners on portions servings & I was getting tired of it. Don't know if it's the GM's call, but some of them have given me smaller servings than she has given on a regular basis.Today, I saw a server take a single spoon serving of steak, proceed to shake a few pieces off & consider that a single serving. Called her out on it, she stood adamant on the portion she served & then I canceled my order & walked out peacefully.I don't know what's going on, but this place is on a decline & it's the last time I'm coming to this spot. Besides the food serving, the attitude of the majority of the workers here is moody, aside from a few who have a bright smile & personality.The atmosphere here is pretty dull, & I'd rather spend my money at another chipotle. They at least care that you're satisfied with what you're buying.Edit: I may speak to the GM if I run into her by chance at the lot, but who knows if it'll make a difference. I like the GM. She's modest & a hard worker, but some of her employees are doing her an injustice.

Normally, really good food... But I got the new Carne Asada, and it tasted bland and had the texture of dry cardboard! I don't know if it was bad because it was late in the day (around 8:00 pm) and the meat was old or if that was the normal taste and texture. I'll never know because I will never try it again. ?
